The good: Excellent food (no need to go anywhere else for food), excellent hospitality, friendly and helpfull staf, spacious rooms that are very quiet as they are detached. Decent bathroom, heat and hot water abundant. Great location. The not so good. Terrible matresses which is a great pity because they spoiled our sleep. They were very hard and of not great quality. If they fix this then the rating will jump to 5 stars.

A true gem. Fantastic rooms, breathtaking view and amazing people. Food was very good, and the whole place was just the best thing one could wish for, for a few days of peace. A Winding road takes you there, but it is worth your while. Make sure you try the local cheese served in the taverna.

Deep in the mountains of Navpaktos, a warm, clean and comfortable chalet to spend time with family. Wonderful place for hiking. On site you can find Moschoula's restaurant offering delicious dishes. Extra bonus: breakfast to start your day with energy. Andreas is a wonderful host.

Great place! The friendly owners make it feel like home. Enjoy delicious breakfast and food at Moshoula’s restaurant. We had a wonderful relaxing time close to nature. The place is great for families and couples.

The place was ideal for a family trip to relax and enjoy nature. The hospitality was great and the restaurant in the chalet was so homy and nice that we didnt want this journey to end. The chalet was true to the photos and the view was an additional surprise. Overall it was worth the distance.

Μετά από καιρό, το μόνο που θα θυμάσαι για πάντα, από ένα κατάλυμα είναι το πως σε έκανε να νιώσεις. Φεύγοντας από εδώ, παίρνουμε στις αποσκευές μας τις καλύτερες αναμνήσεις. Με το που φθάσαμε μας υποδέχτηκαν 4 πανέμορφα σκυλάκια και αμέσως μετά ο Σπύρος, ένας από τους πιο ευγενικούς και εξυπηρετικούς οικοδεσπότες που έχουμε συναντήσει. Μεταφερθήκαμε σε ένα πεντακάθαρο, ξύλινο σπιτάκι που μύριζε διακριτικά πεύκο και η θέα από τα παράθυρα και τη βεράντα μας έκλεψε αμέσως την καρδιά. Και το σαλέ και η τοποθεσία έμοιαζαν σαν αλπικό τοπίο, αλλά εμείς δεβ βρισκόμασταν στις Άλπεις, αλλά στην Ελλάδα και στην πανέμορφη ορεινή Ναυπακτία! Απέναντι, το χωριό της Άνω χώρας, κρεμόταν από τα καταπράσινα βουνά, ακριβώς μπροστά μας, ενώ μικρά ημιδιαφανή σύννεφα παρεμβάλλονταν στα πεύκα και στα παραδοσιακά σπιτάκια. Τα έλατα και οι καστανιές βρίσκονταν παρατεταγμένα, με γεωμετρική ακρίβεια, σε κάθετη διάταξη, ενώ κατά τόπους, το πράσινο χρώμα συνοδεύονταν αρμονικά από το χρυσό και το κεραμιδί χρώμα των φθινοπωρινών φύλλων, και το γαλανό του ουρανού, σαν ένας ζωγραφικός πίνακας. Η βόλτες μέσα στις καστανιές, τους κέδρους, τα έλατα και τα ρυάκια μας γέμισε ζωή και χαρά, σαν μικρά παιδιά που εξερευνούν για πρώτη φορά τον κόσμο. Δίπλα μας, πάντα οι τετράποδοι φίλοι μας, ο Ρεξ, η Κανελίτσα και η Λίζα που ανήκουν στο καταλύμα. Το βραδάκι για βραδυνό στο εστιατόριο του Ξένιος. Απλό και νόστιμο ελληνικό φαγητό και καλό κρασί. Μας άρεσε η χορτόπιτα, το αγριογούρουνο στιφάδο, τα κανελόνια και τα κεφτεδάκια. Μα πάνω απ' όλα μας άρεσε η απλότητα της ελληνικής φιλοξενίας και το γνήσιο χαμόγελο και η ζεστασιά των ανθρώπων του Xenios Challets. Σπύρο, Μοσχούλα και Ανδρέα σας ευχαριστούμε! Συνεχίστε έτσι, με αγάπη για αυτό που κάνετε. Εις το επανιδείν. Κατερίνα και Μάριος από Κεφαλονιά και Χίο.

Μείναμε σε ένα σπιτάκι με 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες (2 ενήλικες + 2 παιδιά). Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ Άνετος και το μπαλκόνι πολύ μεγάλο. Η κουζίνα ήταν εκπληκτική και το πρωινό σπιτικό και γεμάτο εκπλήξεις ! Η απόσταση από την άνω χώρα είναι μόλις 13 λεπτα. Το πάρκινγκ είναι εντός συγκροτήματος και οι οικοδεσπότες πολύ φιλόξενοι και προθυμοι να βοηθήσουν.
