Hotel in 2 parts. Which Park is prettier, in the description of the hotel you can read. The rooms are better there. But for one or two nights it is not critical at all. When booking, it is impossible to understand where you will go. You can write your wishes, but there are no guarantees. The breakfast is great - fruits, juices, a large selection of drinks in the coffee machine, a wide variety of snacks. The spa complex is old, in need of renovation, especially in the part of the saunas, many of them do not work, the smell is unpleasant. The pools are NOT with thermal water, but you can enjoy swimming with jacuzzi and underwater massage.

Staff was kind. Buffet for breakfast and lunch was broad with many things if you have allergen issues. Food selection changed each meal. Thai massage here was quite something. The pools and spa was a mini version of the ones in Budapest but all just for the hotel guests. And the next store bar has a fun bowling lane. Rooms themselves were a bit small and the beds were showing their age.

It was our favorite hotel. We used to stay in the hotel several times and it was very classy. For this reason, I booked a room in the hotel again, but now the dinner selection is very poor, mostly canteen-type. The hotel is not young.Big disappointment😟

Wonderful room, restaurant and spa. Walking distance from railway station, 7 min, and 5 min to city centre. Very good brakfast and dinner buffet. The spa was amazing so was the price. Recommend this hotel.

In comparison to other 4-star hotels, we were really disappointed about the hotel. It is very old in its interior design, and the buffet for breakfast and dinner was not well presented, the service personnel not very kind, and even though we asked at the reception for room cleaning it wasn’t done. The price for this hotel does not at all justify - it is not at the level of a four star hotel.

Location is fine, close to the center. Parking was very hard. Staff members were nice and friendly which somehow compensates the negatives. We were in the classic part. Very slow elevator, strange smell on corridor. The room was fine. Toilet was hard to flush, shower with low pressure. Pool area is crowded and does not look nice. The dinner meal had poor variety and low quality. Breakfast was average, but the terrace is nice. Guests do not keep health safety social rules and the hotel does not guide them either. Buffet food is not covered, closed windows with many people coughing inside, parents in the children-only pool, baby without diaper in the adults-only pool, ashtrays on the tables in the non-smoking area, etc. The hotel is not up to 4 star standards and overpriced for what it offers.

We just had a perfect weekend at this hotel with the family. Clean, food is great, all facilities are great! we will come back for sure! there is a playground and play room for kids. For breakfast and dinner great variety of food and fruits. Friendly reception and helpful staff. Also hotel has a great location a 10-15 min walk to the city center.This is the first review i am writing in my life, because this hotel was really beyond our expectations.
