Thank you Shishangeni lodge for the warm welcome all the departments there we so lovely. Pass our gratitude to GM we say thank you for inviting S.M PHOTOGRAPHY and it's been honored in our hearts to be part of your experience. We cannot stop talking about the game drive it was extraordinary to see animals so close. (Big up to Mr. Sifiso and I forgot the name of the man who took us on the first drive his also good ,he got deeper knowledge of the camp. Moving to the chef they can cook the food was delicious and the waiter and waitress are doing wonderful work on the floor. The moment they welcome us outside we felt at home. I can tell you guys,GM is a good manager I tell you, by two days I have observed him challenging his staff to explode. Continue to support him to push Shishangeni to a greater height, if he wins you also win remember that. I forgot the name of the lady I think is the floor manager she doing great work there controlling the ground to make sure everything is perfect(you got a leader there support her) Your houses are very clean in all camps and it is a beautiful place the bending is wow big up to hunt attends, your job been observed. To the receptionist your doing wonderful job there continue to shine as face of Shishangeni remember your the face of Shishangeni Lodge. Big up to you guys keep that lovely smile and that hospitality. To barman his good and his doing his things bro you got it in you continue to represent the lodge and continue to shine. I can write all day guys but I want to say thank you all for everything and I promise to deliver your pictures and I cannot stop smiling when I see them, they are lovely. Regards(S.M PHOTOGRAPHY)

Look no further for a perfect safari experience. The lodging is in a private section of the Park with perfect access to animals. Saw all the big 5 in three days. Solomon went above and beyond in ensuring good experience. The staff are friendly and ensure all needs are met. Will recommend all my friends stay here.

We spent 3 wonderful days at Camp.Shonga. Stephen the campanager and chef is a delightful.humble hard working gentleman. And he turns out the nicest food. We were waited on by Wyn and she too.was fantastic. Appart from really looking after us she has a great knowledge of the animals and environment. Then Herald our game ranger. Also such a.kind hearted person who could.not do enough for us. We had great drives morning and night. This trip.was made delightful by some.special.people and a special.place. Recurring visitor as always the service is top notch, was worried when we heard our manager had left us but it turned out well the new manger knows her stuff so it was good. Rangers as always blow me away, this time our Ranger was Sifiso Nkosi. That man has the eyeofan eagle and nature seems to love him as we saw 3 of big five interchangeably every safari. We did see the big five which is almost impossible to achieve. The staff as always, accommodates us and our personal needs. We do ice baths and they always hook us up.

The perfect place for a Kruger experience. Our 5 days at Camp Shonga were absolutely fantastic. Steven and his team looked after us wonderfully in camp and our game guide, Phillip, was brilliant, teaching us about not only the game viewing, but also the birds and vegetation we were seeing. We saw the big 5 (multiple times) with close up viewing of the big cats a highlight. I highly recommend Camp Shonga.

Amazing facility in Kruger National Park. Private villas were very luxurious and the outdoor shower was a highlight. The twice daily safaris included drinks and food enroute whilst viewing the wildlife. The guides were very knowledgeable and were committed to ensuring guests saw all the animals. Meals were included and provided different options each day.

Myself and my daughter spent two nights three days in the SHONGA lodge tents. I can not recommend this experience enough. We had Steven as chef and a lovely lady plus Texan as our safari driver . We were very lucky to have the whole camp to ourselves and everyone made us super welcome! The food was insane and you will never be hungry. We went on two safari per day and one in the morning on our last day. We saw everything from elephants, Lions and was lucky to see a Leopard after a kill. All the team welcomed everyone with a smile and hello even at 5 am for the morning trips. The camp is run by generators so no wi- fi which we actually enjoyed and lights out by 10pm. The do provide you with a torch. There is an outdoor shower, so get ready in the morning to say hello to the monkeys. We also saw a group of elephants walk past whilst we relaxed by the pool. Thank you again Steven and his team. We will definitely recommend this experience and this is solely due to the amazing Safari but Steven and his team, not forgetting Texan who is an amazing informative guide.

My wife and I spent four wonderful days at Camp Shawu, one of the three camps of the Shishangeni property. The camp is located by a waterhole visited through out the day by a wide range of animals. The ladies looking after the camp, Patience, Namcebo, and Chef Ivy are great and made us feel like home. My wife is pescatarian, and Chef Ivy cooked separately for her. There are two game drives every day, one in the morning (6:00-9:00), and one in the afternoon (3:30-7:00). We were lucky to have Sifiso as our guide. He was amazing at spotting animals, and extremely knowledgeable at both flora and fauna, making the game drives a great experience, We did see all Big Five, and a lot of other animals and birds. Thank you Sifiso, Patience, Namcebo and Chef Ivy for an unforgettable experience.

Camp Shawu has the best setting of any lodge I have visited. The tents are situated right next to the dam which is visited throughout the day by a variety of animals. ‘Tent’ is a bit deceiving as these tents are more like a large room and are very well furnished. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Food was very good and plentiful. Guides were excellent!!
