The location is super close with the fukui station. Its near dinosaur square too.
The breakfast is delicious even if its looks so simple. I love it.
Do not forget to buy toyoko inn pins, its super cute.

self check in never possible, until front desk staff provide a reference number, which is different from TRIP's.
put me in a room directly behind the lift...severely affected my rest. I thought I specifically requested to stay away from lift.

Hotel was located right next to the train station which was very convenient. Self Check-in and -out was simple via an automated station but the staff was quick to assist as it was my first time. Breakfast was rice with salad potato salad, omelette, miso soup and some bread. Orange juice or iced tea was also provided. Room was quite standard as with other hotels I've stayed in. Basic amenities are available to pick up at the ground floor if necessary.

Great hotel in Fukui. Modern clean with friendly and patient staff. Breakfast was great and they continue serving coffee through until 10 if you want to top up your caffeine intake.
The hotel is about 20 steps from the JR station right next door as well as the Echigo Railway. The up side of this was I was able to dash to the hotel and leave my bag there saving me a few hundred yen on a locker and then boarding the Echigo railway for a day trip to Katsuyama. The down side is you do get a fair bit of noise from the trains trundling past. Overall though it very happy.

東橫INN出差首選!! 房間內裝就是東橫INN的裝修風格，雖然有些年代感，但是日本酒店就是打掃的一塵不染，住的很温馨舒服。 他們家早餐也好吃~ 重點費用還不貴!!! 這間離福井車站很近，出來往右走就到了。
