Comfort Hotel Eilat

Very comfortable small hotel, nice warmed pool, and a spa (extra charge but . not expesnsive and totaly eorth it) Nice size rooms, clean. Service polite and effective Humble breakfast, but fresh and good A little far from the sea, but very close to the central bus station.

We were there for the weekend. Two adults and a teenager. Good location with parking. Everything is close by by foot if you don't mind walking a bit. The room was cosy. Everything was clean. Beds very comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were excellent

Courteous and professional service The rooms in the hotel are very well maintained and clean. The hotel staff is lovely There is no doubt that I will return again to stay at the hotel and especially to the very pleasant atmosphere.

Very comfortably room with a city and bay view. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast had many tasty choices, including eggs made to order. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. We had a very pleasant stay.

A quiet and charming boutique hotel, not luxurious but full of grace and elegant simplicity, the staff is great and there is an excellent pool that the children enjoyed very much, everything is tidy, clean and very inviting, many thanks to the staff.

Wonderful and very friendly staff, great location to stay and very nice hotel really comfort and only 10 minutes away from the city center. Most of all we .enjoyed the sea views from our room. On our next visit to eilat only at comfort hotel

Excellent service, we arrived late, there was one bed missing for the child and within the time we gone for dinner and back, the room was fixed with an extra bed. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel staff was so helpful and kind. The hotel was really nice and boutique classy. Loved our room with comfortable beds and a beautiful view. The hotel was right across the street from the central bus station and after check out we were able to leave all of our stuff there until the evening. I definitely want to return soon! Thank you

The comparison between the provided online photos to what I saw in person was absolutely opposite! The hotel is OBVIOUSLY mid renovation, done quickly and not well. There’s paint on the furniture, the pictures aren’t even leveled on the walls, there are wires hanging out from behind wall appliances. The rooms are so small there isn’t even room to lay your suitcase on the floor and walk past it. The bathroom is so small it’s uncomfortable. There is renovations happening (which we should have been notified in advanced). The hotel is a disaster full of paint, workers, and saw dust everywhere. On top of all this, when I complained the Owner, Eitan, called me a Karen and rather than offering a solution told me I can leave, but He’ll be keeping my money. His attitude was crazy and very inhospitable. Same with the other girl at the front desk. When we contacted ********** regarding this issue they were apologetic and convinced the hotel to provide us with a 1 night refund and ********** provided us with the second night refund because of this disgusting behavior. I was in absolute shock. I cannot make a better recommendation, but to RUN AWAY FAST!
