Excellent hotel with very friendly and efficient staff, room was spotless and comfortable. Shower was probably the best I've used in hotels. Would definitely recommend. Eindhoven is great, loads of bars and restaurants to choose from. Will definitely be returning

The room itself is okay for what you pay for it & the ladies at the front are helpful. Just a few things to take in to consideration if your going for a few day's and not to party is the TV in the room isnt a smart TV & only has Dutch speaking channels, the WIFI is not password protected meaning I got an alert everytime I logged on to advise its not secure and lastly they don't clean your room without you requesting. It may have been the floor we was on but the room got cleaned around 4 which was normally the time we got back from being out all day and wanted to rest before going out for dinner. Overall it's a nice enough hotel just missing a few things that would make it more comfortable.

Nice Hotel, very clean and comfortable. Easy 10 minute walk into the City Centre, lots of restaurants around the area. 15 minute walk from the train and bus station. Breakfast was fine with quite good choices , comfortable bed and pillows and reasonable rates.

Worst hotel ever. When we checked in and tried to enter the elevator, it didn't work with our room card and staff told us, to carry our luggage up the stairs. We arrived in our room and it was very disgusting. There was dust on everything, looked like it wasn't cleaned for months. Bathroom wasn't cleaned too. Also, we ordered room with AC and it wasn't there. So we complained to the staff and they relocated us to another room. No more dust, but not very clean either. There wasn't AC again and we complained again. Finally, after about 1.5 hours from check in, we got to our final room. AC was there, but it was very loud. The manager told us, that he will bring our new room card to our new room, but he didn't, we had to go get it ourselves. We purchased package with free breakfast, but the staff told us at check out, that we need to pay for it. I had to show them the reservation to make them believe me. Very unprofessional hotel, if you want to have peaceful stay at Eindhoven, definitely choose another hotel.

Poor level of cleanliness in bedrooms. Faulty electrics - hair dryer blew up in my hand when trying to dry hair. Damaged bulb in lamp gave electric shock to staff who tried to fix it. No house keeping so beds not made or fresh towels etc.

This hotel is at best average. The room we were initially given was awful ( 117 ) . It was in need of a total refurbishment. Very small , the AC did not work and the average temperature was 33 degrees! The safe was broken and the hairdryer missing. We went to reception to complain and spoke with Franz? He was totally unhelpful and dismissive ( he said there were no other available rooms)something we witnessed or experienced on several occasions. He also told us that hair dryers were only available in some rooms and were fixed. This was untrue and Iris stepped in and was very helpful she had the safe replaced and got us a hairdryer....... so we were only left with a very small very hot room. The room after 2 nights was insufferable and we went once again to reception and luckily met LAURA ! Laura listened and took action and moved us to a more comfortable room for the last 2 nights. Apparently the hotel are trying to improve their customer service rating. Laura is new to the hotel and we would suggest they take some guidance from her! She is polite, helpful and listens ...... and cares ! On the last day we went for breakfast at 9:35 am we had been told available until 10am....... no food in sight....... we approached good old helpful Franz. He said that breakfast was over we said could he get us a couple of croissants as we had a long day ahead travelling and the town is closed Monday morning......... that would be a NO! Observations 1 Laura is great 2 Marionella and Iris were polite and very helpful Suggestions 1 Refurbish the Rooms 2 Improve your guest relations 3 Give Laura a rise but if I was her I would get a job in a different hotel! 4 Send Franz on a Customer relations course........ Also as a security note the safes are only fixed to the Wardrobes with screws not security bolts !!

The hotel has a quiet environment and the hotel is so nice and quiet, the colors give a feeling of peace. The room was perfect for 2 people, the bed was soft and nice to sleep on, there were polite people who help you immediately.

Well placed, friendly, comfortable and clean. Staff are very helpful, breakfast is good value. The location is very quiet at night so no trouble sleeping and the bed was very comfortable especially just for one person. Taxi from the railway station takes about 5 minutes and costs €10.

The only reason they did not get any higher ratings, is simply because the breakfast. Half of it was empty 1,5 hours before they closed. And what was left was lukewarm and dry. So when I asked for a refill they actually tried to, but it seems like they only have one oven (what they said) because they said 15 min for the eggs and AFTER the bread can be heated up. And then the pan cakes. So all in all, absolutely not worth paying even 2 euro for the breakfast. I went out and got some breakfast afterwards.
