I was very satisfied in the hotel. The ratio between the price and the offer is fine. The rooms are clean and cleaned and tidied every day, the staff is friendly. I am also satisfied with the food. The elevator is really small, but after a hearty dinner, walking up the stairs to the 6th floor is fine. On the upper floor, a wonderful view of the bay and the city.

Stayed 12 to 19 October Nice layout as a gym Goer the place is the bees knees ! Nice pool too takes alot of cleaning as the trees drop bits in so to speak but cannot fault it nice and quiet as we like ! But not far from beach shops etc . Nice commute from the airport 11 mins we love this ! See you in 2024

It was okay. The shower curtain had a few disgusting spots, some towels were not really clean, and the bathroom layout was super weird. But for binge drinking a weekend on Mallorca, it's a fair deal.

Firstly, we checked in, and our room for 3 was a tiny room. Couldn't even move next to the beds. I think they have just added an extra bed next to the 2 that were in the room. The room, on 6th floor, no. 639 to be avoided. You can hear literally everything. All the traffic, cars, buses, and motorbikes speeding up to climb the hill. The music is on the bar below... terrible! After 3 nights with no sleep, when we were like zombies, angry and frustrated, asking several times for a change in room... we were told to address it to the head receptionist, Diana. An absolute nightmare person! Impolite, unprofessional, rude, useless! In the end, the hotel manager, Javier, stepped in and sorted us out. Moved to no. 523 and the rest of our holiday, was without incidents. Pluses: David, from reception, a lovely and friendly gentleman. Daniel, the guy in the restaurant as well. Chef Gabriel (Italian gentleman), an amazing person. Smiley, friendly and a brilliant cook! Ana Maria, the cleaning lady, an absolute jewellery of a woman! Way mooore friendly and helpful than the head receptionist, Diana!! Delicious and very diverse food. Very clean rooms, sheets, towels. Overall a good hotel for a low budget, but definitely not 3 stars! Maybe 2? No fridge in the room, no hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Picked all inclusive had to pay for our own drinks. Weak Wi-Fi and air con and the walls are so thin you can hear others really clearly and the food option was really boring. Didn’t sleep well at all.

Upon arrival they say they have 3 gyms but they are a joke. The food is very poor. the rooms are very old and small. The staff is very rude. Located in a bad area in Mallorca. the view is of a ghetto. Don't come here, take my word for it. the worst experience ever

Very bad.People was making noise all the night.We hear all because the walls are small.We check out after one night.One night was 200 euro.Hotel maybe 2stars.No 3.Food very simple and with ants.The wors hotel I ever see.
