The hotel is on the side of the road outside Reus, with a parking yard and a great traditional restaurant next to it. The room is very spacious and comfortable, the bath water is good, and the breakfast is not too varied. It’s about 15 minutes’ drive from Tarragona and I watched a wonderful football match on the weekend⚽

Fantastic Hotel,can't fault it,in a great position I stayed here on my own for one night on Sunday 15th September 2024,large free car park,Hotel is next to main road in a quiet location,only 1.4 miles from Reus Airport and just 15 minutes walk up the road into Reus centre.Friendly quick check in,only 3 floors,large comfy ultra clean rooms,huge bed,tv,fridge with two bottles of complimentary water,large bathroom with big walk in shower,sink,wc and bidet,spotlessly clean.My stay included free buffet breakfast which was great.Check out 11am.left my baggage here while I strolled into town.Great Hotel,will definitely stay again when in area.

Excellent stay The front desk helper Amina was super helpful. The check in was smooth and The hotel is beautiful clean Room is spacious and fully equipped.. Will definitely come back There is onsite breakfast and a nice restaurant. Parking is free and available.

Of course, it is not what you would expect from a four-star hotel, but what is particularly worrying is the intolerable attitude of the receptionist/waiter (who performed both functions) who we met during our stay, who was incapable of carrying out his job with the seriousness that an employee who works with the public is supposed to have. A guy who was disrespectful enough to ruin the company's image and to rule out this accommodation for the next time we visit the area. In short, if you are looking for decent treatment and professional service, at the level expected of a hotel of these characteristics, any other option will be better, even if the price is higher. This is the first review I have done in many years, and at first, I was going to let it pass, but after thinking about it carefully and reading other opinions that agree and point out the same problem, if these lines serve to help other people avoid a bad time due to the bad practices of the staff of this hotel, it will have served some purpose.
