Ok, but don't expect anything special. Cleaning and change of towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options to choose from, one of which is always missing. There is a small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach within walking distance. The staff is very slow, as is the case everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve we asked for an iron to iron our dress, but they never brought it to us. The room has a large wardrobe and not a single hanger. There is no refrigerator. Large balcony, not a single chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow ill-conceived

Great little place. Good value with Breakast include , enjoy If you are a light sleeper and here on a weekend. Ask for a room on the right side of the hotel. Loud DJ music till 2am on the left side of the property. Wifi is good at this property. Some construction noise from across the street.

The hotel is located in a great spot, with access to numerous restaurants/bars within a 10 mins walk’s reach. The area is also relatively safe especially on the beach. I would avoid walking around after 1 am as a tourist. The included breakfast was delicious every day and showcased well the country’s culinary expertise. The Bavaro beach right next door is absolutely beautiful with the typical Caribbean beach colors! The staff was very helpful, approachable and down to earth during my stay. I did appreciate that my room was equipped with AC, but I did feel that my room was barebones and could have used hand soaps, body lotion, shampoo and a mini fridge, which is pretty standard in most hotels. Hotel cleanliness was great and I loved the ample amounts of seating areas located around each floor. Considering the affordability of the place, it was great value for money and did not disappoint!

Great hotel in a cool little part of town. Quick walk to the beach and a bunch of good restaurants / cool bars. Awesome and super friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again when back in town and would recommend my friend ( anyone else do the same).

Hello, good afternoon: to each of the clients who are thinking about going to the Green Cost Hotel, I am open to staying there. We had a very bad experience with a bartender on the beach and she disrespected us in a very bad way and when we went to report the lack of respect they didn't pay attention to us at the first reception of the hotel where we were staying they didn't bother us and were very Disrespectful to us and they tried to throw our luggage on the street, don't go to that hotel. My boyfriend and I stayed 6 nights in this "Hotel". I can say that this structure ruined our holiday and now I'll explain why. We arrive and present the voucher where both our names are written and the receptionist says that our reservation does not exist. Only after 1 hour did he tell us that it was there but it was in my name, not my boyfriend's (both names were written on the voucher, I don't understand why it was so difficult). At the reception they only speak Spanish so if you don't understand and can't speak it you're screwed! In the room the first evening we took a cold shower because the water heater in our room was broken. It was later repaired very calmly, complete with semi-flooding in the room. The cabinet under the sink was dirty (I attach photos) they cleaned it 4 days after I pointed it out (I wanted to see how far they went). The sink tap was leaking and we were flooding and it was only "fixed" after 4 days with scotch tape. I got the non-existent hairdryer after the 3rd day I asked for it (absurd) and they practically removed it from another room. The first evening I was about to go to bed when I noticed that there was a huge yellow halo on the side of my sheet. I was already exasperated. I asked to change rooms and they said they were full (false as it was available on booking) I had to wait for my sheets to be changed at 11.30pm so I could sleep. There is no fridge in the room, we had some food that went in the fridge with us and we had to throw it away. The structure located in a seaside town does not provide sea towels, to get them you have to go to their other structure by the sea but every time we went they were not available. In the end we had to buy 2 sarongs. Breakfast is à la carte and offers 3 choices and you can be sure that they are never all available, something is always missing, all in all it is good but honestly for me, who prefer a sweet breakfast, I was instead forced to eat eggs every day. Last but not least, in fact, one day we returned at 6.21pm and the room still hadn't been cleaned, there I was foul-mouthed, it seemed too absurd, we waited an hour to get our room (I attach photos with times). Excuse me but calling this place a Hotel is a joke. I paid for nothing!!!! If you don't want to ruin your holiday, don't choose this place, believe me! The management treated us with disdain, promised us that they would find a way to apologize but to date we have received nothing. Clearly I asked for a refund through the agency. What a shame!!!

I really liked the hotel, the comfortable, clean room, the well-prepared breakfast and a beautiful view. The attention of the person at the reception, a supremely friendly Venezuelan, interested in meeting all requirements, makes very good recommendations of places to visit and eat. He really makes this hotel a great stay. By staying at this hotel you have the right to access the beach hotel that is a few blocks away and they even take you by car to the place. At the beach hotel the view of the sea is beautiful, Angela and the Cuban guy, sorry I don't remember his name, they treated me incredibly, they prepare delicious cocktails, the pizza is also very delicious here. Everything was amazing the people serving breakfast were also very friendly. The dining room is small but cozy, it has a very nice vintage style.
