On our way home from a fab week at Tres Islas. Very concerned about renovations before leaving but for no reason. They did not disrupt our holiday at all. Hotel is dated but still lovely and spotless. Staff are friendly and can’t do enough for you. It’s a bit out of Corralejo -TaxiClick was great for taxis in and out - but… the beaches either side of the hotel are absolutely amazing. The sand is white and the seas are blue! Hopefully we will be back x. Special thanks to Sebastian Castillo Rhodes for all his help pre departure- we needn’t have worried x

Great value for money. Branded drinks, bar staff with impeccable manners & very attentive. Huge thank you to CARLOS who was 41 last week. Special mention to TINA also. Clean rooms, good restaurant & 2 fantastic beaches.

We booked this hotel through Tui. It was given five Ts although there was officially a four star. A place is tired and neglected. The food was unimaginative repetitive and pretty tasteless. Please note the following points : - [ ] No spoon to stir tea in room - [ ] Tea, sugar and milk not replenished - [ ] No one to explain restaurant protocol - [ ] Smoking area not segregated/ stench of smoking everywhere - [ ] No lock on balcony door - [ ] Balcony sliding door very stiff. Needs oiling. - [ ] 2 out of 4 lifts not working at one point and one permanently out of service - [ ] Lifts that were working were old, very slow and, at times, malfunctioned alright just better that we cool down a bit out - [ ] gates to beach left unlocked/ anyone could get in. - [ ] No rules about reserving sun beds - [ ] Staffing levels vary - Half an hour to be served a drink one evening - service in restaurant slow - [ ] Toasting machines broken. - [ ] General decor neglected - flaking paint, peeling wallpaper Air conditioning not adjustable - [ ] Overall, this hotel is tired and how it can be given five Ts by Tui, I really don’t know. I won’t trust Tui’s grading again.

Location location location.Right on the edge of the dunes and a manageable walk to Corralejo town where you’ll find cafés, bars and ‘tat’ shops.I’ve given 4 stars as I wasn’t keen on people sun bed reserving at silly o’clock every morning. Don’t think I’d like to be there in the height of the season, unless you’re a v v early riser then you probably be out of luck.Hotel and the rooms are dated, lots of reviews have commented on that but the food, cleanliness and service is top notch.Always plenty to eat at the buffet and it never looked like it had been rummaged through, somehow it always looked good.If you don’t like lifts then use the stairs, the lifts are slow and the doors don’t open immediately that it stops!!!The beaches either side of the hotel are fabulous and a short walk away is FlowBeachClub, that’s worth a visit or two.Tea/coffee is in the room but no spoons. If you need a spoon then take one from the restaurant but hide it in a drawer or it’s gets taken away(no clue why). Teabags didn’t get replenished either,we had to stock up at breakfast.Water is in the fridge but cheaper to walk to the local supermarket (5mins walk) and buy your own.The bus to town is cheap but be warned, if it’s full then tough, you sit for the next one.And if it’s a Sunday, that wait is an hour.Evening entertainment is ok, depends on your age I guess but it’s not modern music if that’s what your after. Unfortunately the Spa was closed for our visit, shame as we were looking forward to using it. All in all a lovely Spring break

Nice welcome with a drink the bags were brought up to our room for us .Food all good could use a little better presentation.Beach amazing, pool very clean but too cold and need more beds.bus stop 2mins walk away and a taxi to Coralajo cost 10 euros the town has grown a lot and some great shops and bars.No day time entertainment just peaceful. Supermarket 5 mins walk sells everything. The staff here are the crowning glory and r definitely something to be proud of do anything for you great holiday x

My Husband was taken ill while on holiday, he had to have emergency treatment at the hospital, and a overnight stay. I would like to thank the hotel staff and Tu rep for their kindness in looking after us. Special thanks to the hotel Manager, for arranging room service for us both. Without the help we received i don't think we would of coped. Thank you to you all.

We have been visiting the Tres Islas for the last 20 years sometimes 2-3 times a year so we have seen the hotel at its true 5star rating gents had to wear long trousers in dining room and food was top quality large prawns and great sea food but over the last 10 years standards have let slip but we still loved the hotel like an old pare of slippers ! The food has improved from our last visit and all round it seems the hotel is improving the staff work tirelessly to make sure guests expectations are exceeded . We noticed Sun beds being reserved and many already reserved by 7am and we have not seen people reserving so early on previous visits . So the hotel offers value for money is All inclusive worth the extra we don’t think so as unlike Caribbean Riu hotels who all serve top shelf drinks the tress Islas serves top shelf to half board guests and local brands to All inclusive we are not drinkers and find this strange as a ltr of Gordon’s gin and Smirnoff circa was only €12-15 a bottle so seems petty to differentiate All inclusive and half board guests Food Good selection but deep fried bacon is not for me !! House keeping First class the hotel is spotless in every area Rooms A little dated but plenty of room and good air conditioning We gather the hotel may be coming up for a re vamp it’s needed and Riu must do all they can to bring the re vamp ASAP So to summarise I would rate :star plus’s staff 5 star plus and management are doing a good job with what is available to them We have visited 40 plus’s times and without doubt be visiting again

If someone would ask me if I would come back to this place - simple answer would be -yes. And let me tell you why. (Perhaps It will be my personal experience, however). We (family of 5) stayed in this hotel for one week on 15.08.2025 1. Location - if you dont mind staying all time in this oasis - then fine, as not much additional entertainment near by. Endless sand beach both ways from hotel. And it is beautiful. The hotel itself almost on the seashore. I would like to shake designer's hand that designed the hotel and especially orientation of the building as winds are N; E;NE mostly. So it is like the back of the hotel is sheltering and protecting from wind. You do not feel one even if it is strong. Rooms facing eastwards by angle so the Sun does not warm them as if it would be facing West. 2. Staff - not much to say - all very kind and helpful. 3. Tourist fellows / neighbours / next door rooms. For me personally - very important who I am going to live. And let me tell you - if you want and like being with decent, quiet, polite people - this is the place. You hardly meet the ones with (socials alike, swearing, shouting, arrogant, hard smokers within). (not many, but some do smoke by the pool, but it is not excessive as you would probably face on lower or budget hotels - brrrr). 4. Security - safe and safe. Hotel has locking gates (access to the beach which guests can open with fob attached to the room key). 5. Meal - typical Riu (means good). We had half board - which is OK, however if you have littles, my advise would be to have all incl or full board if available. 6. Rooms - we were given two double rooms next to each other as we were five. Some bits do need cosmetic updates, it wont ruin you holidays at all. Remember - this is 4* hotel. If that was 5* - then review would be different. Sea view with balconies. 7. Swimming pool - needs slight repairs as a few tiny tiles are missing, but overall - no complain. Water is warm. 8. Loungers - I have seen (youtube) in some budget hotels guests running and grabbing/booking loungers as it looks like they would die if they dont do that - awful. Here, people do book loungers by placing towels, but you can always find ones say if you go from between 8 and 10am. No hassle. 9. Construction/demolition works - none as per our visit time (15.Aug.2025) Mentioned by other reviews by others. 10. Dangers - SUN, Meal, Ocean. a) SUN - please, please please - use sun cream or similar, or whatever you think best suits you as seen a few people red burns (just a few guests). The trick is - when you come to tropical country, to hotel and see many people have nice brown tan. You want one too ant start sunbathing thinking you will have one in a day - wrong. Be patient - you will have nice tan in about four days if you behave smart with Sun. b) Meal - people have big hunger eyes - you have endless various meal - you just keep eating and then more and more and want to try smth else and again. Then desert maybe more, th
