The horses (Gentry and Flash) keep the pasture mowed. The chickens in the orchard are entertaining. If you go into the pasture or orchard please close the gate to prevent the horses and chickens from escaping. A flock of wild Turkeys and quail wander through frequently, as well as deer. The walk down Beals Road (approximately 2 miles round trip) is an interesting walk. Our part-time dog has moved on with her owner. She shows up occasionally and promises lots of friendliness.
