Good hotel to atay

Staff was kind but the property is falling out, the bathtub was dirty, room curtains was broken, bathroom lock didn't work and the carpet was super dirty. Our stay included breakfast but they didn't have a cook so the waitress cooked for us, the bathroom had mold, a lot of rust and some of the lights in the room didn't work, we will never be back to this

Hotel was very comfortable and clean for the most part except for Shower had mold on tiles. Restaurant was not open in the evening and no breakfast was set out in morning.

Rooms need some updating. While we were there, no breakfast was ever served. Had to ask for hot water and cream for tea. Soda spilled in hallway by elevator and was still there the next morning. Staff was very nice though

I booked the room and arrived and was turned away because they overbooked. It was late, cold and we were left to scramble.

The hotel was short staffed, in fact the cook was out sick so there was no breakfast. Also there was a long line to check in, because only 1 person was working behind the counter.
There were drink spills in the hallway to, that took awhile to be cleaned up.
Also the tiling on the bathroom floor was loose

Booked for two nights atayed for one,did not have hot water and was not told when checked in. Canceled second day and checked out.

Booked a room of two beds and a sofa bed, when we got there she offered us a king bed??? How is that sufficient for 6 people??
Didn’t help us at all finding a solution, we were left on our own and having to find completely somewhere else to stay.
Couldn’t cancel on the app and the ******* call didn’t go through they hung up on me. So I’m waiting for my refund.

Breakfast was not provided as it said it would be. No staff until 7:00. Very rude when we asked about breakfast. She stated that the waitress had not arrived and that was not her job. She tried to call the manager on duty but he did not answer.
