Overall stay was good. However, the hotel charged me again even though my stay was fully paid. Had to contact Trip.com to liaise with the hotel. These were the extras that should not have happened in the 1st place.

Good hotel near the airport. Clean room. The breakfast is very poor. Plus free parking from the hotel.

Good airport hotel with lots of restaurants nearby. Used their shuttle and it’s always on time. Check in and check out was fast. Bring your own slippers, nice shampoo conditioner and shower gel provided and bar soap. Could be cleaner but guess it’s good enough for this price.

The hotel is average, the room is a bit small, there are supermarkets nearby, it is convenient and close to the airport. However, the shuttle bus to and from the airport needs to be booked, and the waiting time is long.

The room is very large and the suite is suitable for families. The staff is enthusiastic and speaks to us slowly, word by word, to ensure that we can understand. Hot tea is available 24 hours a day on the first floor. There is no mineral water in the room, but it will be given for free if you ask the front desk.

I used this when I went from Los Angeles to San Francisco and back again. The hotel I was staying at previously refused to store my suitcase, but this place was happy to store it for me, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also delicious, and I will choose this place again next time!

Close to the airport, 24-hour free airport shuttle, 24-hour free coffee and hot water at the front desk, some small supermarkets, hamburger and Chinese restaurants around gas stations, the room area is slightly small, disposable cups, similar to domestic express hotels, breakfast is simple and repetitive, and the cost performance is not high.

Nice environment, good breakfast! There is free coffee and purified water on the first floor, which is a good place for transit!
