We booked two double bed room. On day 1 the room had two complimentary drinking water bottles . On day 2 they refused to give another two bottles stating the refill is available for Hilton Honours Gold members only . Find this very strange since all hotels have policy of giving free drinking water bottle refills for each day of stay.

The room was clean and a front woman was so kind. We are not English native speakers but she spoke easily for us. And gave us delicious cookies:)

Airport shuttle not running until 12pm
In general good hotel but the shuttle not running was a downside for me.

Construction was being done. The gym wasn't available. The top sheet of my bed was dirty and they didn't replace it.

I'd rate this a 6 because
- the driver from the hotel shuttle was pretty rude
- the hotel room wasn't clean per se - you could notice certain stains on sheets and towels
