Splendida struttura con terrazza sul mare per colazione, pranzo e cena a pochi passi dal bagnasciuga. Personale cortese ed accorto per qualsiasi esigenza. Camere assai curate e pulite. Giudizio ottimale a 360 gradi.

Excellent holiday hotel: very nice location on a small harbour with sandy beach and crystalline waters; ckean and cozy room with sea view balcony, very welcoming and kind staff; excellent breakfast and very good food at dinner (we were on hb); very good swimming pool area and 2 tennis courts; thanks to the whole staff for making our stay unforgettable

An Hotel who has his best days behind him ( I'm pretty sure it was a nice place with good Management) and actually not worth the price they charge per night. The rooms are old but the bed is good, and the room was prepared nice and cleaned up well every day. The noise from other rooms where quite loud. Breakfast: Very bad, not enough from everything, and the staff not even tried to prepare it nicely. The "juice machine" where every day a big mess and the staff did not care about ... Restaurant: We did not try. Beach: Nice Beach, but also here Infrastructure is a bit messy and not really clean inviting. We we saw the hotel and the Infrastructure we had the feeling that they rip us of with a fantasy price. Elba is such a nice Island with many nice Hotels and places, but Desiree is definitely not the place to go!

This hotel is an embarrassment, and a rip off. The money you pay is for the beach, everything else is substandard. The food is AWFUL. With a few exceptions, the staff are unpleasant and inefficient. The WiFI barely works at all. Our showerhead had no water pressure. The seasonal labor seems to be trying hard but the place is just poorly managed. It feels like they know people are coming for the beach so they make little effort with anything else. Whatever you do, don’t have dinner at the hotel restaurant. But your money will be better spent at a hotel that earns its stars for more than just a nice location.

L'hotel è in una posizione perfetta, praticamente di fronte alla spiaggia, raggiungibile veramente in pochi passi superando la zona ristorante (che ha due terrazze molto belle che danno sulla spiaggia). L'hotel è di qualche anno fa con delle ristrutturazioni e ammodernamenti nelle zone più importanti ma in alcuni casi si nota l'età. Staff cortese, ristorante sopra alla media per hotel di questa tipologia. Ottimo anche lo stabilimento balneare privato con 2 lettini riservati per gli ospiti dell'hotel. Molto bella anche la piscina, anche se essendo sulla spiaggia abbiamo preferito il mare vero :) Cosa non mi è piaciuto? Il bagno! Piuttosto piccolo con alcuni problemini alla doccia (anche se poi risolti abbastanza velocemente dallo staff).

Anche quest'anno ci sono tornato. Lo faccio ormai da parecchio tempo, non avendo optato per altri lidi un motivo ci sarà. Struttura non nuovissima ma in fase di continua ristrutturazione ed abbellimento, sia nelle parti comuni che nelle camere. Non è per voi se siete alla ricerca di divertimento serale, karaoke e balli di gruppo. La struttura è all'insegna della tranquillità, buon cibo, gentilezza del personale ed un affaccio sulla baia tra le più belle dell'Elba. Bravi tutti, avete ipotecato le mie vacanze anche per il prossimo anno. Se devo fare un appunto ..... colazione con margini di miglioramento.

Soggiorno a fine agosto , punto di forza accesso alla spiaggia privata di Spartaia , molto bella e curata, terrazza esterna dove fare colazione, pranzo e cena , personale preparato, gentile e disponibile, cibo ottimo. La camera, avevo una standard, un po’ piccola e datata, da migliorare specie nell’asciugacapelli, comunque con un certo fascino, pulita e una vista sul mare molto bella. Un ringraziamento particolare alla Sig.ra Michela. Parcheggio ampio e comodo. Andrea Vettore.

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni magnifici, totale relax. Camera delux angolare bellissima e comoda .. a un passo dal mare. Personale competente e gentilissimo.. un particolare grazie a Massimo , Annalisa e Jonathan, sempre gentilissimi e sorridenti così come il resto dello staff. Abbiamo mangiato sempre benissimo.. , anche il buffet di Ferragosto…ottima qualità. Un po’ più complicato è pranzare al bar della spiaggia, bisogna armarsi di tanta pazienza.. i bagnìni Luca e Amedeo sempre molto disponibili. È un hotel dove i nostri amici a 4 zampe possono accedere in quasi tutti gli ambienti , anche in spiaggia! cosa non facile trovare un posto così ! Il mio giudizio è estremamente positivo.. Magari l’unica cosa che potrei dire è che se tutte le sere ci fosse un po’ più di musica sarebbe perfetto.. ma sono dettagli! Consigliatissimo!

Estate 2023 ho passato una settimana piacevolissima. L’hôtel Désiré e’inserito in una baia bellissima . La posizione e’top sono pochi gli alberghi in Italia con posizioni così’ fortunate . Staff gentilissimo e disponibile 24 ore al giorno. Ti senti subito a casa . Ristorante con vista magnifica sul mare, buono e vario il menu, colazione con grandissima scelta. Esci dall’hotel e in 5 minuti sei in spiaggia il vero lusso . La mia stanza con bellissima vista molto pulita e fresca. Grande piscina e campo da tennis inserita in una bella pineta. Un atmosfera serena che ti concilia con la vita. Spero di trovare l’occasione per tornarci. Lo consiglio. Anna Polverini
