As a group of 24 people from South Africa University of Venda we really enjoyed our stay. Ms Calvin was really patient with us from the first day we communicated and gave us great hospitality. David was so wonderful, he served us with a big smile everyday and made sure that we were all happy. The staff members were all good to us and made sure that our stay at Boma Inn Eldoret was enjoyable.

I've been here several times, alone and with family. Each time has been sublime! Familiar, yet new somehow. The location is safe and serene, close enough to other amenities. Everything is very clean and well organised. The food is always piping hot and doesn't take long to be served. The staff and friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The rooms are a dream. Clean white bedding. The huge suite with connected sleeping areas is perfect if traveling with children. The staff were more than willing to accomodate any request to make the children comfortable. We also had my son's birthday here once and the white first cake was unlike any I've ever had. We later ordered another one to enjoy at home! The swimming pool and spa areas are well appointed with clean towels and other articles. I would visit again and again. Definitely great value for money.

The rooms are nice and cosy. Food is okay ,love the service from the waiters, ambience of the environment ,the rooms are clean and well arranged , the systems work well exiting the room everything turns itself off saving energy effortlessly

Excellent. I recommend the massage ladies to have a separate uniform when on during the scrubbing and massage for hygiene purposes and cleanliness. Kudos

I was attending the Meru county KESSHA principals conference 2025. Thumbs up to Mr. Daniel, a security personnel who was very kind, supportive & professional in helping "Team Dontech Limited" during this weeks' conference Asante sana. The technical team supporting the conference would have done better though.
