There is a washing machine and separate dryer plus a sink. There is an additional WC off the utility room.Outside.There is a child proof patio consisting of a lower area which is paved and an upper area which is grassed and has a picnic table which seats 8. There is a BBQ supplied but the charcoal is not supplied.
