Kemal Bay Hotel - All Inclusive

Great modern hotel with friendly staff. Special mention to Aida in guest relations who was so helpful to us with local information. Helpful hints. There are 5 seven seas hotels in the Antalya area. Make sure you book a transfer to the correct one! The number 50 bus is every 15 mins (a 5 minute walk from the hotel) to the bus station in Ananya and takes about 20 mins, much cheaper than a taxi. The organised trip to Alanya castle and cable car then a trip up in the hills followed by boat trip around the bay including lunch is good value at 59 euros. We bought Turkish Lira but everything is in Euros apart from the bus. There is a spa offering massages at the hotel which were excellent value (we did get half price as beginning of the season ) and really good. The food here is varied and excellent quality. We ate in the seafood a la carte once and that was really nice too. Staff are all really friendly. The entertainment only really got started last night as it’s so early in the season but we enjoyed seeing the Colombian Salsa dancers.

Nice hotel for family trip. Rooms are comfortable, the hotel staff was responsive and nice. The rooms were clean everyday, a lot of bars and nice animation for the kids. The restaurant had really nice and diverse food. There was a section for kids food only and gluten free, which was very nice.

Nice hotel, lovely people, the food is nice and the staff is kind to the customers, we'll come here again. Especially an entertainment team: Alisher, Dj Batu, and Leo and Masha. Coffee is very tasty !!! We enjoyed every single thing in this hotel! Big thanks!

What can I say, the hotel is absolutely stunning . Impressive from the start. The hotel is immaculate, the rooms are decorated beautifully. The food is very good with plenty choice even though it’s the start on the season. It could be a little hotter but still enjoyable. I’ve never stayed in a hotel as clean. The staff are amazing and are very accommodating and attentive. I must give Huge shout out to Alisher!!!! He is the most amazing young man and really spent time making sure we were happy and entertained throughout, the weather has been a little tricky but the entertainment team have made sure there is something for everyone. Drinks have been good as has the snack bar. Spa area is fabulous and we’ve had the best massage of our lives from Tasha and also Aytach. The pools are beautiful although cold but that can’t be helped this time of year . Beach is sand and tiny pebbles but extremely safe to swim in as it’s a nice cove . The boardwalk area is nice to sunbath on with high end seating . Great staff, beautiful hotel !

Where do I begin how Im disatisfied with this hotel it is really terrible and definetly not a 5star hotel more like a 3 star. -We booked a sea view room however when we arrived there were none rooms available as it was overbooked so we been given room 1124 no explanation nothing. We told that to the guy who help us with our luggage and the reception told that we will be moved the next day and we were fine with that. However when we went for a snack and came back saw that there are coackroaches in the room. I called the reception however no one speaka or understanda english. I went to the reception and told them to give us a different room as Im with a toddler who sleeps in a coat which is low on the floor. The hotel staff Fatih translated on google translator if we want the pesticides to be sprayed and we sleep there remembering this was happening between 11-12 at night, did he thinks he sprays pesticides and im going to sleep with a toddler in the room breaching in all the pesticides? I told him that we are not sleeping there and to give us the room that we booked. Then he started being very rude raising his voice telling me to call the agency i booked with and then tried to speak to my husband ignoring me. He should not be discriminating just because Im a women I told him that and dig get into an a very big argument he even tried to call a security for my husband but what my husband was telling him that je should not be discriminating and speaking in his language about us with his other staff. the other staff started to come Fatih down. At the end we been given a room on 5th floor when we were taken there there was ant nest above the bed and loads of ants on the duvet. I went back and told them we are not sleeping in this room then he put another few rooms on the list and I went to check them however the other room also had the same problem with ants at the end we stayed at the 4th room that he showed just for that night. This was happening all at 1 am by the time they moved us through all the rooms. The next morning i went to see the manager and started telling that we didnt receive a sea view room and started explaining how Fatih treated us however he wasnt very interested and asked one of his staff to show us the sea view room, which was fine.then we came back to the reception and i tried to tell him again about one of his staff named Fatih and he just said he will check the cameras didnt even apologise for his behaviour and gave us a card for 15min free massage to go away which we didnt use. -This hotel has very big problem with ants i seen them in the lobby bar where the tissues are while getting breakfast in the eating area. -This hotel allows to take food into the rooms which should be forbidden and has designed boxes to leave any plates/food or cups on the floors. People leave food in them and they collect the plates from those specific stands very rarely i seen loads of ants there. -The staff working in the hotel majority are very inex

Occasionally, I’d even catch a glimpse of the lively poolside entertainment. Some evenings, they’d host grand pier parties, which were always a blast. One night, I indulged in a delightful dinner at the A la Carte restaurant, followed by a romantic meal on the terrace, savoring their exquisite cuisine. The staff were incredibly courteous and respectful, ensuring a peaceful and undisturbed stay. I especially appreciated the guest relations manager, Ismail Bey, who was always on hand to assist with any queries or requests. My sea-view room was a delightful retreat, and I thoroughly enjoyed the evening shows, which were both entertaining and engaging. In short, I had a fantastic time, combining relaxation with enjoyment. I'm eager to return to this wonderful place on my next trip to Antalya.
