Stayed one night, nothing dissatisfied. The surrounding environment is an industrial area, not very new and pleasing to the eye. I would have loved if we received room service daily however there was none for our entire 3 nights stay. Otherwise i would highly recommend this hotel to others.

The hotel is not well maintained and not that clean. Very busy and load. Bed was not comfortable and breakfast wasn’t good at all.

I ordered towels for two consecutive days to the front desk and the service people no one provide the towels
They finally brought them at the last they also the staff
Very unfriendly and couldn’t bring a smile only the two servers on the breakfast room was cordial

The room was decent however it was outdated. I had high expectations assuming the room would be elegant like the ones I have visited before.

We stayed for 3 nights while visiting NYC. The hotel was clean and the room was great for our family of 5. The hot breakfast every morning was a plus. The staff interactions were great. Will definitely stay agin if in the area.
