Great hotel! Staff is very easy going and friendly. 24 treadmill and self-serve laundry. We stayed on the 4th floor. In room lighting features are excellent reading or watching a movie. Automatic curtains too.

Service is friendly, and location is close to both the Vanke mall nearby and the plaza of companies up north. A new spa/massage opened right next door, which is very convenient. 

Main issue with this hotel is that the entire place reeks of smoke. I woke up with a cough after my first night, and I was constantly nasally congested and having allergy attacks due to the smoke. People smoke indoors in the hotel lobby and in front of the front desk, and just leave their cigarette butts in the ashtrays or even just on the floor. Service was friendly though, and they let me switch rooms after the first night and visit multiple other rooms to see for myself which smelled the least offensive, and they let me move there

The lobby is very clean as soon as you enter. The aromatherapy used in the hotel smells very good, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The room is also very good. The check-in experience is very good. The staff are very enthusiastic and very polite. I highly recommend it.

Good location near Line 12 metro. However the area lacks convenient stores with closest one about 10 minutes walk from hotel. Learnt there were no rooms upon late arrival, appreciated front desk staff’s assistance in getting me a room. Room is tidy with basic amenities, would perhaps be better with wardrobe. Breakfast included was good. Good value for money and recommended.

The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively new, the breakfast is rich in variety, the front desk service is friendly, and parking is relatively convenient. Overall, the stay experience is very good and cost-effective. I have stayed here many times.

The hotel is part of the convention and exhibition center. The environment is big everywhere. The room is well decorated and clean. The only drawback is that the window is sealed and can be seen outside but can't be opened. For people who like to open the window for ventilation, it is a bit claustrophobic. The room is soundproofed. The sound of watching TV next door can be heard
