Staff were very pleasant but there were a
No towels in the room and when we asked for some at reception they took 20 minutes to arrive. Worse was that I booked a twin room and they gave us a double bed. Unfortunately my mate is *** so it was bit awkward 🤦🏻

This review was based on a visit that I should of stayed in last week. Received a call today to say boiler has broken down so no hot water but we will give you 10% off the bar bill. Don't really cut it so i booked another hotel. Room transfered to another week. But based on previous stays thats my feed back. Not really the hotels thought boiler packs up.

Check in was fairly easy via touchscreen. Would imagine much slower at busy times. Staff friendly.
Unfortunately the room was very poor. Stains on bed frame, marks on duvet cover, hair on pillow. Carpet had seen better days. Bathroom very tired.
To top it off the neighbouring room had a visitor until 3am and therefore we had no sleep due to loud music (poor sound proofing).
