Mount Emei Tianjing Resort Hotel

A hotel that truly understands its guests. I rarely leave reviews for hotels or B&Bs I book, but this one deeply moved me. After staying here, we truly believe it's a hotel with warmth that understands its guests: 1. Unlike other high-end hotels, there's no arrogance here. The lobby space is dedicated to guests, and the front desk isn't large but perfectly functional. The lobby features a kids' play area, a relaxing tea room, and very affordable arcade games. It's also pet-friendly (for those who worry guests might find pets dirty, are humans really cleaner? Or less prone to illness?). 2. Most importantly, the environment is excellent – clean and hygienic, showing a real responsibility to guests. The facilities are comprehensive, and the water in the heated swimming pool is changed entirely every day. 3. The detailed design is fantastic. It features smart controls; when you select 'sleep mode,' the annoying light from the switch panel also turns off, helping you sleep better. And surprisingly, the electric kettle can keep water warm continuously!

The hotel environment is quite good, very close to Emeishan High-speed Railway Station, and the food street is also nearby. The location is excellent, close to Emeixiu Lake, making travel very convenient. The environment is quiet and comfortable. The butler, C C, provided warm and thoughtful service.

The hotel looks quite grand. On the first floor, there are play areas for kids and billiards for adults, which is a nice touch and really adds to the vacation vibe. Overall, I'm satisfied; the facilities are excellent and very new. One crucial piece of advice: whether you call a Didi (ride-sharing) or a taxi yourself, or if they approach you, do NOT go to any restaurants or buy any local products they recommend. Their acting skills are Oscar-worthy, and it's a series of endless scams. Also, avoid Dongmen (East Gate) – all the tourist traps are there. Just head straight to Maluqiao (Malu Bridge) instead. Finally, Mount Emei is fantastic; no regrets there. I highly recommend buying the VIP ticket – it's absolutely worth the money.

Emei Mountain Tianjing Hotel really exceeded my expectations! The location is convenient, close to the scenic area, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The smart home system throughout the room was very convenient to use. The view is amazing; you can see the mountain scenery right from the balcony. The private hot spring bath had clean water and filled up quickly, leaving me feeling completely relaxed after soaking. The breakfast was rich and delicious, and the service was warm and attentive. Check-in was efficient, and the attention to detail was excellent. The environment is quiet and elegant, and it's also very photogenic. Staying here when visiting Emei Mountain is definitely worth it, highly recommended!

This hotel is amazing! I'm quite picky when it comes to hotels, and after researching many options, I finally settled on Tianjing. And it certainly didn't disappoint. A driver was waiting to pick us up right from the high-speed train station, offering a seamless service. The driver was very friendly and even helped with our luggage – super strong! At the hotel, the lovely front desk staff, Zhouzhou, greeted us warmly and even gave us a free room upgrade. I was here for my birthday, and it happened to be Christmas. I was wondering where to get a small cake when Zhouzhou informed us that the hotel had Christmas apples. To my surprise, there was also a complimentary small cake, so I didn't need to buy one! The apples they gave us were excellent quality, crisp and sweet, and the small cake was beautifully presented with great taste! Zhouzhou was also super responsive to messages, offering incredible service! As soon as I posted about it on my social media, many friends immediately asked for the link. It's truly wonderful to have a hotel like this in Emei Mountain!

Service: The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and upgraded us to a room with a balcony and a private hot spring tub. Parking in the underground garage was convenient, and we could also charge our car. The breakfast was also very rich. We'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time.
