The hotel is located relatively near to Emeishan High Speed Rail Station and the hotel conveniently provides pick up and drop off service upon guests' request, though Mandarin communication skills may be required. It is however possible to contact the hotel through the Trip.com message portal to arrange the pick up service. The room was very pleasant and well furnished with amenities. My only gripe is the toiletries provided (soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion) are limited in small bottles and had to be carefully rationed. They also provide free breakfast which I found to be quite satisfactory, though don't expect a Western continental breakfast. Got to try chaoshou wontons and corn leaf wrapped Baba for the first time, so that was good. You can ask to copy Buddhist scripture in the dining hall or they can send the kit to your room at your leisure. The public hot spring was under maintenance, but it was satisfactory enough to use the private hot spring in my room. Overall a very lovely stay. Staff are also very helpful in recommending the sites, attractions, food and how to get around, though Mandarin again required.

After a long, intensive hike at Emei Shan, I chose this hotel to recharge—and it was one of the best decisions of my trip. The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.
