One night, my elderly family member wasn't feeling well, possibly due to altitude sickness. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, providing saline and candy. Since it was past 9 PM, we had to go to the infirmary about 500 meters west of the hotel to get an oxygen tank. The road was quite dark, and the mountaintop was eerily quiet at night, with snow still on the ground. Honestly, walking there and back was a bit scary.
Overall, the stay was quite good. The room had underfloor heating and an oxygen concentrator, pretty much all the amenities you'd expect. However, the breakfast was a bit mediocre; most of the pastries seemed to be frozen, and the coffee tasted like instant. Other than that, there was congee, pickles, and eggs. But considering we were high up in the mountains, it was acceptable.
