The hotel's location and natural environment are excellent, feeling like a large outdoor park. There are numerous hot spring pools, both indoor and outdoor options, as well as an indoor swimming pool. The hotel offers a wide range of activities for guests, with the celebrity culture讲解 (explanation/talk) and sachet-making experience being particularly enjoyable. The client manager and staff are all very professional, dedicated, and enthusiastically provide various services. The breakfast is quite varied, and you can even sample local Emei snacks. A special thanks goes to the hotel for their professional and warm service: when an elderly family member suddenly fell ill, the client manager immediately helped arrange a hotel car and even used a wheelchair to escort them to the high-speed rail entrance. We will definitely choose Hongzhushan Hotel for our next trip.

This is my second stay at Hongzhushan Hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again! 1️⃣ **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy, with attention to detail. 2️⃣ **Facilities:** Quite comprehensive. There's a wardrobe, dehumidifier, mini-fridge, etc. The bathroom has a vanity mirror; it would be even better if it came with a supplemental light. The family room is spacious, and the pillows are very comfortable. Outside the French window, there's a mountain view where I saw two small squirrels chasing and playing in the pine trees – very entertaining. The hotel doesn't have a washing machine, so if you need to wash clothes, you either do it yourself or send them out (for an extra charge, at regular dry-cleaning prices). This time, my hiking pants got a lot of mud splashes, and when I tried to wash them myself, it was very difficult, and my hands got chafed and blistered 😭. The hotel staff helped by providing laundry detergent and a drying service. Before going to the hot springs, I asked the front desk for a plaster, and since it wasn't waterproof, the front desk lady thoughtfully gave me an extra one – very considerate and attentive. The hotel's breakfast is in Building 5 and it's delicious! I had tofu pudding, beef noodles, a yogurt bowl, fried eggs, and various other dishes, and none of them disappointed. The taste was excellent, and after eating my fill, I climbed the mountain and wasn't even hungry by noon 😂. 3️⃣ **Environment:** The hotel environment is exceptionally good. The temperature is pleasant, the scenery is beautiful, and it's very pleasing to the eye. The Hongzhu Lake is like a mirror, reflecting the lush green Hongzhu Mountain. When shrouded in morning mist, it's particularly poetic. There are water birds catching fish and playing in the lake, and black swans swimming around. Building 8, where I stayed, is a bit far, but the hotel shuttle service gets you anywhere in minutes, which is very convenient. The hotel's location is near Baoguo Temple. It's about a 10-minute walk to the Baoguo Temple bus station, where you can buy bamboo sticks for 2 yuan each. There are food options everywhere; a random Li Li Fried Skewer stall I found on the roadside was delicious. Taxis are also convenient, with a starting fare of 6 yuan, and they can drive right into the hotel premises. 4️⃣ **Service:** Check-in was fast, and there were staff members everywhere. All of them provided excellent service, always doing their best to help you and solve your problems. A large bug appeared in our room – we hadn't opened the window, so we don't know how it got in. We were both scared, so we called the front desk. A staff member quickly came to help us catch the bug. She was also a woman, and surely also scared, but she ultimately solved the bug problem for us. Thank you! 5️⃣ **Twin Pearl Forest Hot Springs:** The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor pools, which are quite comfortable. Trees cover the various pools, and on the other side of the pools is a stream. There's complimentary tea if you're thirsty, and a small shop if you're hungry. Fish therapy pools are an additional charge. The swimming pool had very few people, so I could swim freely. You need to wear a swimming cap. 6️⃣ **Emeishan High-Speed Rail Station Pick-up/Drop-off:** The hotel offers a free pick-up and drop-off service for the high-speed rail station. You just need to book 2 hours in advance, which is very convenient!

I visited Mount Emei with my family on the first day of the National Day holiday and booked a room in Building 8 of Hongzhushan Hotel. The experience was great! First, the location is excellent, with beautiful surroundings, mountains, and a lake where mist gently drifts. Our room was in the innermost building, which was very quiet. The staff asked if it was convenient to add them on WeChat for easier communication and were always responsive and helpful with any issues. The room was clean, the hot spring was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast ingredients were very fresh. All the staff were enthusiastic. I will definitely come again!

My stay at Mount Emei this time exceeded my expectations. The butler was incredibly attentive throughout, even proactively sending me daily weather updates for the mountain in the mornings, reminding me about the temperature difference at the Golden Summit and the slippery mountain paths – crucial information for hiking. They patiently answered all my questions before I ascended the mountain. The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and it was very quiet at night, ensuring a good rest. Breakfast was served on the first floor of building five, with ample dining time and good taste. The hotel even prepared a thoughtful souvenir, a really heartwarming detail. The location was convenient for getting around. I could easily arrange shuttle service to the station and inquire about late check-out. After a tiring journey, returning to the hotel and experiencing such considerate service, not just polite but genuinely welcoming, was wonderful. The entire hotel grounds, with its lake and mountain scenery, were beautiful. There's also a forest hot spring to enjoy in the evening. Next time I visit Mount Emei, I'll definitely choose this place again, and I highly recommend it to friends planning to hike. The restaurant offered several non-spicy dishes that my child loved, and the value for money was excellent. Finally, I have to especially commend the service – it was incredibly thoughtful and considerate. They even provided medical supplies and various conveniences when they learned I was injured before my stay. Their warmth felt nothing like a state-owned hotel; I'm truly grateful!

Feeling festive during the National Day holiday, I decided to visit Mount Emei and chose Guobin Experience right next to the Baoguo Temple Tourist Center! The environment is fantastic, with a lake perfect for a stroll and enjoying the views. You can also indulge in the hot springs; the mineral-rich springs of Mount Emei are quite good! Breakfast was also decent, with a pleasant atmosphere and taste. The room itself was simple yet elegant, perfectly meeting my needs for a stay, and safety felt assured. The service was great, with a customer manager available for inquiries, and you can even visit Chiang Kai-shek's former residence. I'd love to go back if I get the chance!

Service is top notch during the stay in this hotel. They provided transport to the boarding location for the sightseeing bus to the summit and also to Emeishan station during our departure. The room has all the amenities that we require. The staff are all very helpful and communication is easy. Will recommend to stay.

Overall, my experience was quite good. If you're heading to Emei Mountain for the Golden Summit or hot springs, or just want to stroll around and enjoy some local food, this Guobin Hotel is a great choice! The location is excellent, and the grounds are expansive with a beautiful lake, perfect for a leisurely walk and enjoying the scenery. Breakfast is included, and the environment and food offerings are in line with its positioning. The hot springs are located in Building Nine; since the resort is so large, there are shuttle services available. The hot springs themselves are quite nice! The room was decent, nothing spectacular, but well-maintained and clean. The service was a definite plus; a dedicated customer manager followed up to provide assistance, and any issues were promptly handled and communicated. It was really good!

The hotel is very close to Baoguo Temple, within walking distance. The environment inside the hotel is serene with excellent green coverage. We booked Building 5, and the room was clean, tidy, and very quiet. The service was excellent. We also saw deer and peacocks, and parking was convenient.

The staff's service attitude was incredibly warm and friendly. Building 8 was indeed quieter, and the mountain view outside the window was very relaxing. The hot spring was authentic and I'd be happy to return. The breakfast selection was also very rich, and the sweet crispy duck was truly local! The only minor drawback was that the door gap in the entrance of our family suite was too large, leading to poor sound insulation from the corridor. We could hear people walking by in the corridor even in the early hours, which made it difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel's location and environment are superb. The hotel itself is like a big garden, the restaurant is excellent, and the hot springs are also good. It's a great place to stay for a few extra days as a resort. The hotel service is also very good; for our two-night stay, they provided complimentary transfers to and from the high-speed rail station, and we had a dedicated butler whom we could contact at any time. If I come back to Mount Emei, I will definitely stay here again. We stayed in Building 5, and the facilities were a bit old, especially the lighting which was too dim. However, it was very affordable, and if the facilities were new, it definitely wouldn't be this price.

The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring a variety of delicious local specialties. The hotel's mineral hot springs were comfortable and relaxing, with numerous pools, providing an excellent experience. There's also a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms are well-equipped, and each comes with a bathtub. Overall, it offers great value for money and is a highly recommended choice for a vacation in Mount Emei.

Environment: I personally really like this kind of forest hotel. The ecological environment is great, with mountains and a lake. The air is very fresh, and there's a walking path along the lake. Hongzhu Forest Hot Spring: Soaking in the hot spring while being surrounded by forest trees, and being able to gaze at the river and the opposite bank from nearby, is truly enjoyable. Facilities: To be honest, the room facilities and decor are a bit old, but considering it opened in 2014, the aging condition is understandable.

Having visited Mount Emei before, this time I chose to stay at the Forest State Guest House, right next to Baoguo Temple, for a new experience! The location and surroundings are excellent; it's close to the bus station, and you can easily explore Baoguo Temple. The property is quite large, featuring a lake where you can stroll and enjoy the view! The service is very good; a client manager is available for assistance and inquiries. The breakfast was also enjoyable, with suitable flavors and a good variety of dishes. The hot springs are in a separate building, and Emei Mountain's hot springs are always a treat. The room itself is simple and elegant, perfectly meeting our needs. We had a lot of luggage, so the shuttle service to and from the station was incredibly convenient for us.
