Had a hot spa but in the end we didn't use it as we spent all our time out. It's not a hotel as such, more apartments within a complex. It's interesting for sure. Breakfast was OK but don't forget, if you're going up Emei mountain you'll be leaving before breakfast, or at least you should be. Room was sweaty at night.

Me and my partner stayed at this hotel, but the experience was really disappointing. The place didn’t look like a hotel at all — more like an apartment complex next to a retirement home. The advertisement promised a mountain view, but our room faced the retirement home instead. The photos were clearly photoshopped. The listing also showed a nice resort area with cafés, but when we asked the staff, she told us it is not available and it under work . At around 12:30am, we were woken up by really loud banging and heavy footsteps for almost an hour that was the one thing about this hotel that made me really disappointed .It scared us and made it hard to sleep. The next morning, breakfast was very limited, and we even saw cockroaches near the food, which put us off completely. Overall, the false advertising and the poor experience left us very upset and disappointed

The hotel is ideally located very close to the scenic area, boasting a beautiful environment and fresh air. The service was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. They offered a generous amount of complimentary amenities, including station pick-up/drop-off, fresh fruit, and afternoon tea. The overall service was truly outstanding.

We booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.
