I was very disappointed with my stay at this resort. The rooms are old, basic, and not particularly clean. It felt like they hadn’t been properly updated or maintained in years. The food was very simple and lacked variety – definitely not what you would expect from a resort. Service was a major letdown. The staff were unhelpful, rigid, and at times even rude. There was very little willingness to accommodate even small requests. Overall, I would not recommend staying here. There are much better options available for the same price range.

It is a nice and quit place. Friendly and welcoming staff. The room (suit) was in a very good condition and is well maintained. Unfortunately the lake is bit far away (5 mins walk). Lot of nice gardens and good views.

We have spent an amazing enjoyable weekend. The place is quiet, beach is clean. All our needs were quickly managed by NAEF. Very kind and caring man. Think we are lucky that he took care of us, we felt like staying at loving relatives. For sure we will visit this place again not once.

Old Facility in a great location
We enjoyed the stay and it is a great location and place for families and kids. The main Issue is the condition a=of the facility is very old, and cleanliness and hygiene is bad.
Staff are supper friendly and very helpful when you need anything.

We go there every year at this tome of the year. They used to be super friendly but now they were less than willing to get out of their way.

Spend at least one night there if you are in Israel. Holiday village on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, green and friendly. The food is good and the staff welcoming. The view of the lake is magnificent.
