No dinner service, breakfast only served til 10.30am. Website misleads on this and you are not informed at check in. I was told at 8pm by a man in chef’s clothes that they don’t serve dinner and he couldn’t understand my confusion when I asked why he was still there in chef’s clothes. Room was dated with stains on the furniture. Many rooms on my floor had used coffee cups and plates left out on the corridor all night and still into the morning when I checked out. Bed was clean and fairly comfortable and that’s about as fair as I can be.

biz arkadaşlarımızla geldik. bir tur şirketi dahilinde yemek menüsü belliydi istediğinizi yiyemiyorsunuz tavuk pilav patates menüsü verildi. yemek katındaki çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü ancak sauna kısmındaki çalışanlar için asla aynı şeyi söyleyemem hamam için yer ayırtıp gittik. peştamel istediğimizde maalesef veremem dedi neden dedim yarın misafirimiz gelicek onlara vericem dedi. içeride bayanlarda olduğunu gördüm. onlar bizim masaj müşterimiz dedi sanki ayrım yaparmışçasına ve ısrarla ne havlu ne peştemal verilmedi. eğer kendinizle alay edilmesini istiyorsanız buraya mutlaka uğrayın derim. temizlik açısından çok temiz değil biz yastıkların üzerine havlu tshirt vs koyduk. ikramlar her şeyden birer birer ve azar azar konulmuştu. biz şahsen extradan bişey istemeye korktuk o yüzden elimizde olanlarla yetindik. sauna baya sıcaktı ama havuz ve hamam çok küçük

Bir dahamı asla, Geldiğim gün saat 21.30 geçmişti. Sadece SPA fiyatlarını öprenmek için Spa ya gittiğimde kendimi masajda buldum. Ertesi gün için hemen termin ayırtmaya girdiler. Ben tam okeylemesemde bir şekilde orta yolu buluruz dediler. Ve o gün işim uyun sürdü ancak saa 22 gibi Otele gelebildim. Tabii olaylar aklımdan geçtiği gibi ilerldi. Yok efendim ben termine gelmemişimde benim yerime kimseyı almamışlarda..... Dört kişilerdi. Ve aç köpeklerin birine saldırmaya kalktıkları gibi etrafımı sarıldı. Ve benden 500 Tl istediler yapılmayan Masaj için. Bende iş uyamasın diye şdedim ve ertesi gün Otelden ayrıldım. Kahvaltı yaten berbattı. Kurumuş Simitler olsun hiç bir şey taze değildi. Ben kendim Almanyalı ve Alman Vadaşı olmama rahmet bana Almanyada işlerin nasıl yürüdüğünü üğretmeye çalışan Elemanları vardı:)) Ben tek birşez söylemek istiyorum. Lütfen uzak durun İyi olan tek birşey vardı oda Masaj yapan personelin eğitimli olmasıydı. Melek hanıma buradan Selamlar.
