避雷這家酒店 13:06打電話通知退房 服務態度極差 是一幅你付不起錢的樣子 按金：200是白壓的嘛 房間連個消耗品都沒有 就為兩瓶水壓200按金嘛 咱要是超時也會掏超時費也沒窮到幾十塊錢都掏不了的地位 本來昨天從遠處開車來的 早上想睡到自然醒 很好13:06電話轟炸 *****前台：退不退房 超時要扣費你也不願意掏這個錢吧 真**一個前台 你倒是把房間最基礎的洗漱用品放到 在催退房啊 真沒見過那個酒店從1點開始催客人退房

整體還可以，前台服務員（一個男孩）比較讓人無語，別説服務意識了，根本沒有服務。辦理入住，人到前台了，服務員都不抬頭理你，你叫他開房間也是那不緊不慢不咋理你的狀態。

房間乾淨整潔，無異味。也很暖和。地理位置位於新區。服務人員態度也較好。唯一美中不足的是早餐不能打包，必須要本人去吃。

隔音隔陽差，樓在馬路邊上吵的要死。空調有毛病如同虛設，早晨太陽出來曬一早晨，廁所窗户也是密封的房間又悶又熱。樓上不知道在施工還是在幹嘛，一陣一陣的噪音。總之，沒辦法好好睡覺！

前台太死板了，太死板了，烏魯木齊都可以用身份證照片辦理入住，就你們這不行，誰還不瞭解前台，公安網手入也可以錄進去，真是無語死。
