The staff were extremely helpful, both before arrival and during my stay. The cabins are lovely, simple (as expected!) and spotlessly clean. It is a very friendly place, and in a perfect location, with shops nearby in the village but a wonderful feel of being out in the countryside, and just a short drive from the Lago de Sanabria. Highly recommended for someone staying alone - they made me feel like part of the family!.

Cabañas perdidas en medio de la naturaleza, dogfriendly. Sencillas pero con encanto. Las camas a mejorar un poco. Pero la zona es magnífica dispone de bbq comunitarias, piscina y parque infantil. Lejos de todo, pero cerca de pueblos pequeños y del Lago de Sanabria. Ideal para desconectar unos días. Los que lo regentan súper amables y educados. Nos atendieron fenomenal.

Hicimos una reserva CONFIRMADA por el establecimiento a traves de booking y una vez llegamos, nos dijeron que no tenían cabañas libres. Se negaron a ayudarnos, impasibles. Llegamos agotados y deshidratados tras un largo viaje en moto y no nos dieron ni un vaso de agua. Fatal trato por su pasividad absoluta, y fatal por confirmar algo inexistente. Creo que no solo nos pasó a nosotros e intuimos que es un overbooking denunciable
