Eitei is very quiet. I chose this place because I want to go to Chitose Airport to return the car easily tomorrow. The proprietress is Chinese, which solved our problem of not knowing Japanese, and she is very friendly and interesting.
Although it is near the railway, there is no noise problem. The overall environment is clean and tidy, and it feels like home. The only minor drawback is that bath towels are not provided. 역에서 걸어서 5분정도면 도착 할 수 있습니다!
근처에 편의시설은 없지만!
지내는데 문제는 없습니다!
렌트 가지고 방문 시 주차장은 역 근처 주차장을 사용해야하기에 번거로울 수 있으나 공항근처 저렴한 머물기 원한다면
나름 괜찮았던거 같습니다.
방도 넓고 관리자님도 친절하여 잘 머물렀습니다.

一共三間房間，居住環境不錯，但是隔音不太好，其他客人上下樓聲音很大，房子外面就是JR，噪音也比較大。公用三個洗手間和一個浴室。
如果是早上去新千歲機場其實不是很方便，JR車站走路需要大概5分鐘，但是早上沒有直達機場的車，衹能在千歲站或者千歲南換機場快線。

素泊まりの一人旅でしたので、食事はなし。北広島市（日本ハムファイターズ・エスコン球場）周辺の宿としてとは、３０分以内の距離で
格安の民宿でした。管理人の対応も良かった。今後の改善点として２点、１．スリッパを用意してほしい。２．駐車場が狭く、余裕あるスペースを確保してほしい。
