The hotel has a great atmosphere. There is free coffee in the lobby on the first floor (the Apple C latte tastes great). The service is very friendly and they helped introduce a lot of travel tips for the surrounding areas. The room facilities are complete and the area is OK. It's a pity that the terrace room was not booked because it was sold out. It feels pretty good. The breakfast is also very delicious. The front desk will actively remind you that there is a parking ticket available when you go out.

I was attracted by the hotel the first time I stayed at the Pumandor Hotel. Its design style is unique, modern and simple yet warm. As soon as you enter the room, you can see the carefully prepared welcome fruits on the table, which instantly makes you feel better. Smart devices are easy to operate, and you can turn on and off lights, adjust curtains and air conditioning while lying in bed. The room is spacious, bright, tidy and clean, and the bedding is so comfortable that one can fall asleep in seconds and sleep till dawn. A hotel with a very high cost performance ratio. I will lock it in for future travels.

The room is clean and comfortable. You can see that the decoration materials are of high quality. The room is equipped with a capsule coffee machine (later I found out that the lobby on the first floor also provides it with more styles). For a heavy coffee lover like me, it is simply too good. Friendly. The traffic jam was so severe when driving here during the National Day. I would like to thank the little girl at the hotel front desk who came out on an electric scooter to guide us from a small road into the city. I was deeply moved. There were traffic jams everywhere during the National Day trip. I believe the hotel is also at the peak of its full capacity. Under load operation, it is the first time I have encountered a hotel that can provide such service under such busy conditions. In short, it is very good👍

爬完大峽谷太累了，本來打算去宜昌的，開車開不動臨時找的酒店，出乎意料的好，因景區門口工作人員十分熱情耐心的幫我們電話指引路線，房間內配套設施質感極好，少見的迷你吧飲品全免費提供，確實很驚喜，早餐也豐富，味道不錯，臨走還免費打包了咖啡，確實值得推薦，自駕友好，免費停車！

這次住鉑曼朵酒店真的挺滿意的。位置挺好找的，房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，床睡得特別舒服，晚上安安靜靜的，沒什麼噪音，一覺睡到天亮。服務員態度也不錯，問個路、要個東西都挺麻利，臉上一直帶着笑，看着就親切。早餐種類不算少，味道也家常，吃着挺舒服的。整體感覺就是住得踏實、省心，下次來這邊還想住這兒，推薦給大家！

這家酒店妥妥的五星級水準！各方面都沒得挑，服務細緻入微，從入住到離店都讓人感覺特別貼心周到。房間設施高端齊全，舒適度拉滿，細節處盡顯品質。不管是硬件配置還是軟件服務，都完全符合五星級的標準，住得太滿意了，絕對值得這個星級！
