Days Inn Wyndham (Enshi Railway Station Airport Branch)

The room is clean and tidy, the waiter is enthusiastic, and the front desk lady is very gentle. She answered all questions. She recommended special food. The hotel has a road map of surrounding attractions. The lobby is large. There is a place to drink tea. While waiting for check-in in the lobby. Tea was provided considerately. It is also close to the airport. The hotel provides free airport pick-up and drop-off service. It is a new hotel. It is not a wrong choice. Worth recommending

I stayed at the Wyndham for two days in a deluxe standard room. The windows were incredibly small and the lighting was poor. The room smelled incredibly bad, and the amenities were completely inadequate. The drawers were completely empty, and there was no iron, refrigerator, scale, or clothesline. The air conditioning at the breakfast buffet was hot, and the seating area was large, but the selection was woefully limited. The lobby was incredibly small, with absolutely no service. It was very hot, and there was no tea or other drinks offered while checking in. I had to stand while waiting. There were two small sofas occupied by other people, and half the area was occupied by staff working. There were no bellhops or guides to help with my luggage. Before I left for my trip, I told the front desk not to enter the room and that housekeeping wouldn't be needed. They would notify me when I returned. The Do Not Disturb button was on the doorknob. When I returned to the room around 1:30, I found the door had been opened. I was really annoyed. This is my first negative review, and I wrote a lot.
