The hotel is just above the bus terminal station (there is a minibus to various scenic spots, and self-service ticketing machines); the underground passage exit is the Enshi Railway Station (there is a taxi stand, the transportation is very convenient! The rooms are simple and clean (ignored by broken towels), divided into window rooms (room number starting with 6) and windowless rooms (room number starting with 8). Outside the window is the parking lot of the bus terminal, and there are occasional roars of planes taking off and landing at night... I chose this hotel because I returned to the city from the Grand Canyon in the afternoon to catch a plane the next morning. Fortunately, my choice was great!

床墊彈簧有問題，做下去要轉幾圈，服務員上來看了一下，説都這樣，她下班了，讓我不滿意就退掉，態度非常不好，我衹好拎着行李到前台辦退店手續，第二個服務員比較正常，説給我換個房間看看，態度挺好，但是房間問題也很多，吹風機像拖拉機，還沒風，枕頭是臟的，但是都解決了，我要投訴第一個服務員，態度惡劣。

酒店從經理到服務員工作很到位，快速解決客人提出的問題，免費停車方便，出行方便，距離火車站和長途客運站比較近，性價比很高，環境和客房衞生不錯乾淨寬敞，房間的設施也可以，在恩施住的很不錯的酒店，下次有機會來恩施還會選擇的～

來恩施旅遊第四天。也是在這家酒店入住的第四天。給我的感受就是很不錯 這裏的地理位置優越 恩施汽車站 火車站 都在周邊 酒店在汽車站的大樓3層，蠻有意思的，生意還不錯 樓道里來來往往的背包 拉着行李箱的住客，汽車站裡有到各個景區的班車。早出晚歸。入住這家店很是不錯呢。酒店管理這塊可以説很棒了 服務人員都很有禮貌 熱情。每天進出大廳都會主動給我打招呼 [強][強][強]。是連鎖酒店的管理模式。衞生每天也會打掃 而且整理的很仔細。床鋪 毛巾都會幫忙疊放規整。很好 很不錯 住的很舒適。之後會光顧的！

位置很不錯就在火車站旁邊。交通十分便利。樓下附近有24小時便利店。還有幾件咖啡店哦，酒店衞生打掃得很乾凈，房間整體面積很大 估計有個25到30平左右吧。 還配有書桌 辦公很方便。酒店隔音也很好 設備比較齊全 停車場就在酒店大門口 有充足的停車位。酒店整體給人感覺就是肉眼可見的乾淨 整潔 温馨。工作人員特別有禮貌 辦理完入住還會帶領我們上樓，很貼心哦，都很熱情的跟我們打招呼。很棒呀，總之很推薦來恩施旅遊的朋友們來入住這家店 很不錯 連鎖品牌。希望貴酒店越來越好[強]
