老闆人很好，環境還不錯，在恩施住了兩天，但是不同的酒店這家環境和價格都很不錯，而且有什麼想問的比如吃的，交通去女兒城時間玩什麼都會做推薦。而且有智能語音累了躺床上可以控制開關。

老闆人特別好，我們定的是標間，主動給我換大點的床，沒加錢。主動到機場接我們，我們不知道怎麼搭車去目的地，他主動給我們聯繫車，服務很周到，房間衞生乾淨，交通非常便利，就在火車站附近，走路5分鐘，到哪裡都方便。是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，下次來恩施，還住這家店，強力推薦。
