When we arrived to check-in, the first thing I noticed was the smell. The lobby had an old, stale smell. I was hoping my room would be okay, but that wasn't the case. The minute we opened the door we noticed it also had the same stale smell along with a body odor/unclean smell. We canceled the reservation and when she asked why, I told her, the smell/cleanliness of the room. She didn't act the least bit surprised and never once apologized. She offered to give me an upgrade? I declined. If the first room was not clean, why would I want another? She quickly told me I could cancel but would not be refunded any of the $160.00 we paid to stay there.
We canceled and left. Do not waste your money. The room was terrible and the customer service was even worse.
