Very good hotel, with ski room, very close to the cable car, almost ski in ski out, the pastries in the tea room are delicious, the service is very warm and good, very good hotel, recommended.

Our stay was near perfect. The hotel is tucked away in St Nicholas de Veroce (or, as I called it, St Nicky de V), a small, quiet mountain enclave. The service level is very high (quite a few of the staff knew my name by the end of the stay) as one would expect at a 5* hotel. Everyone was very helpful—a special call out to Jason at reception for making excellent hike and restaurant recommendations and being fun to talk to. We used the hotel amenities every day. We ate at both restaurants and enjoyed breakfast each day. We had an excellent experience here. I will be recommending it every chance I get.

Beautiful hotel with an amazing view and the most helpful and attentive staff. The room was very big and had a great view of Mont Blanc. The Spa was top class and the restaurant had an excellent dinner. There is not a lot to do in the immediate town outside the hotel but everything inside was amazing

A jewel in the alps! Our third time here, it is a special place that will surpass all your expectations and will fill your senses with happiness! Exquisite chalet style hotel, very friendly and experienced staff. Beautiful spa with sweet and capable technicians. A must if in the area.

Beautiful hotel and location. Duplex room for family of four comfortably. Pool and spa were relaxing and refreshing. Breakfast was delicious.

Just back from a six night award stay via the Hyatt affiliation. This was by far one of the most relaxing, enjoyable hotel experiences I've ever had. Everything exudes quality without being pretentious. From reception to the team in the three restaurants, the service was impeccable, unobtrusive, and authentic. The decor is contemporary and understated. Dined twice in the gourmet restaurant and can't speak highly enough about creativity of the chef and his team, and the professionalism of the front of the house team. Similar experiences at the bistro and at breakfast. The view of Mont Blanc from my room was stunning. There's very little to the town, but Megeve is only ~20 mins away, and Chamonix ~30 or so. I'm glad I had a car.... I can't wait to go back ...
