We are given a nice and comfortable room, all the staff were friendly and nice most especially mr. ruel and ms. adrien in the pantry area. They were so helpful and always making sure we are okay and happy with our stay. No doubt, we will comeback again. Thank you holiday inn express in croydon for the wonderful stay.

Okay hotel, rooms were nice (apart from the food found under the bed!) and staff were polite. Didn't like having to give my card details for them to be input onto the computer instead of just using the card machine - there is absolutely no reason for it to be done this way. Area is a bit dodgy especially at night.

Excellent location about ten minutes walk from East Croydon railway station. Nice clean room. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.

The breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.
If you’re in a rush, you can grab-and-go pastries and hot drinks (coffee, tea, juice, and hot chocolate).

Check in late due to flight schedules, checking in was a man with reluctant facial expressions at the reception, whatever i asked was negative reply.. requested for higher floor , he claimed 100% occupied and system can't do any changes. Then I asked any place for food nearby , he said NO. But , the following morning I walked out of the hotel, many food joints n pubs available. I guessed this guy is not interested of keeping his job in this hotel. Sad for the organisation with this type of service guy.

It was good cleanliness but the service was poor in addressing noise complaints other than that the location was good and breakfast was good
