I recently stayed at your hotel and was extremely disappointed with the conditions of my stay. I would like to formally raise a complaint regarding the following issues:
• The room was very noisy, making it difficult to rest.
• There was no Wi-Fi available, despite it being advertised.
• The room was dirty, messy, and infested with cockroaches.
• The furniture, including the bed, was extremely old and worn out.
• The room was overpriced considering the poor quality and lack of basic amenities.
I expected a much higher standard for the price I paid. I hope you take this feedback seriously and take immediate steps to improve your facilities and services.
I would appreciate a response regarding this matter, as well as a possible refund or compensation for the inconvenience.

Luggage storage is not possible after check-out, but if you just leave it in the lobby, no one will take it. *** The 3rd floor is a karaoke room, so if you stay on the 4th floor, get a refund right away. It's so loud, like people are singing in the next room. It's really unbearable. *** There are a lot of Mongolians, and sometimes Chinese people come, and they smoke, spit, and smoke in the hallways and in the rooms. The smell is very, very bad.

Very big comfortable bed, spacious room. Unfortunately not that clean. I found many hair on the floor. Taking shower water flooded whole bathroom. Very noisy , whole building smells bad but reasonable for the price i pay
