Nice room and friendly staff. Good breakfast as well. I did the Haute route from Chamonix to Zermatt. I had a god night sleep and warm shower to keep me going again.

Hotel L'Pointe de Zinal is a cozy Alpine inn with the most wonderful showers in the universe. Perhaps it was the long hike on the Walker's Haute Route, but the shower was memorable. The hotel itself was cozy and inviting and well appointed with a solid breakfast offering.

The biggest disappointment was the distance from Zermatt, our destination. It took us 3 hours one way- 2 buses and 2 trains to change to reach our destination.
This results in loss of precious time for travellers, who have a tight schedule.
Point de Zinal SHOULD NOT be displayed as a property in Zermatt. It is misleading- ******* to note please

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable room with a super shower. Great location near to the ski lifts. Very friendly and hospitable manager and charming staff. Good dinner in their restaurant and nice breakfast. Very good value for money. Looking forward to my next visit.

Great trip, the people working there are symply amzing and super kind. Food was local and amazing, confort in the room was great! I would highly recommend this place, as the ratio cost / quality is really high!!

I have visited this hotel many times and it is excellent. Where to begin? - Flexible room configurations - Clean and well-appointed rooms - Friendly staff who are very helpful - Excellent breakfast included in the rate - Perfect location for serious hikes in the local mountains and a perfect base for a multi hike holiday with a large secure storage room - Reasonable rates - Excellent dinner with good menu choices and well presented dishes.
