Quality Inn & Suites Conference Center Across from Casino

I stay at many hotels for business, and tend to stay on the budget side of rooms. And this is by far the best one I’ve had in a long time very comfortable everything worked, power where needed to be clean and efficient. Thank you.

Needs major updating. The rooms are old and in need of repairs. Bed was comfortable. Restaurant on site served fantastic wings and cold beer!

Manager was the worst person I have ever spoken to and refused to give me his name or his superiors! Place was filthy with feces and blood, they tried giving us another room but that was also dirty! I asked for a refund and they pretty much laughed and said not his problem and lesson learned. I needed up going somewhere else and paying for another hotel. Thai was by far the worst experience I have ever had!

I booked multiple day stay at this hotel. The first night the room was pretty dirty and it was extremely loud. After that night I really could not stay there and I found another local hotel for my remaining visit. I checked out and I asked for a refund on my remaining days and the man there told me that I would have to call ******* since that’s where I booked it. I called them they called this hotel and the manager said that II checked out and I asked for a refund on my remaining days and the man they’re told me that I would have to call ******* since that’s where I booked it. I called them they called this hotel and the manager said that I just complained that the room smells like smoke. And which wasn’t the case I asked for a smoking room. And he refused a refund my three remaining nights there. I honestly would never suggest staying there even for the price.

Had to change rooms as the toilet was backing up into the bathtub. People were screaming in the room beside us as well as outside during the night

The first room we had to leave because the washroom was not working. The next room we could hear the people yelling at each other not a good time.

My wife and I stayed here. We had a little trouble with the heat, but we were given another room, which worked out well. We enjoyed the bar, with friendly staff, and the complimentary breakfast. The staff as very courteous and helpful!!!

This hotel doesn’t look anything like the photos. Its not even the same colour. It looks terrible. The front desk clerk said it was painted last year and wevsite just not updated. Well it looks worse than before. The first room that we were sent to was so filthy that I'm sure no one even walked in for over a month. An extremely think layer of dust on everhing. The bath tub had holes in it. There was dirt that looked like blood. Numbers for the rooms are just paper taped to inside of window. The second room we got was at least clean. Just very outdated. There are very bright lights outside of room and even with room darkening curtains, the room was very bright. There was like partly done construction. The walk ways outaide of room had some tile in some places. Job was started and a poor job done. Door framea are very bent and you can see around door so the cold air comes right in. When people check out rooms are not cleaned for a while. All the rooms in our row were visibly in the window not cleaned with beddinf everwhere. My guess is that housekeeping may only go in to the hotel once evwry couole of weeks. We were there four days and no rooms were cleaned. The breakfast is just, waffles, bagels, toast, yogurt and cereal. There is no hot plates, unlike the photos you see online. That area was at least clean. Ive stayed in many Quality Inn and suites all over and this property is not even close to meeting their standards.
