Eco Smart Apartments Erlangen

The apartments were superb....awesome....5 star... The place is a bit far to the nearest train station and bus stop approximately 2km of waking. Inspire of that I will definitely come back to stay here....

Quite surprised at the mediocre reviews at time of writing, we had a great stay here for four nights. Very clean apartment with all the amenities one would need, including kitchenette, dishwasher, full bathroom (spotlessly clean), hair dryer, iron and large ironing board, decently sized fridge-freezer. Good location close to town centre, short walk to multiple supermarkets, easily accessible by car from the airport or the motorway. Free on-site parking in the courtyard or in the underground garage. There is no reception or concierge, but great, responsive customer service via phone and email - on arrival the desktop fan in the flat was not working and it was replaced straight away within a few hours which was ideal given the hit temperatures during our stay. Also good options regarding late checkout or early checkin, as well as additional room cleaning or towel replacements if needed. Convenient check-in and door access via a web app via your smartphone, all doors and gates can be opened this way - note, however, that this is the only way to access the flats, there is no physical key card or key. Not an issue for us but perhaps for those less tech-savvy. Would definitely stay again, one of the best and cleanest self-catering apartments we have stayed in.
