Booked a family room. One big and one small. I arrived at the hotel around 4pm and was told that 401 was still cleaning and it would take 20 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, the cleaning was not finished yet, so I took the children into the room to change clothes and go to the hot spring. I asked the service staff to open the ventilation window in the bathroom and was told that there were no stairs. Later, the front desk said that they needed to change rooms because the ventilation fan on the ceiling of bathroom 401 almost fell off. We said we would go to the hot springs first and let us know after changing rooms. We planned to go back to the room around 6:30 in the evening, but 301 was still not ready and the aunt was cleaning it. The child was wet and afraid of catching a cold, so he had to go to the room and change clothes before going downstairs to eat. When I came back at 8:30 late, the floor was covered with hair, the trash can was not wiped, and there were various stains on the wall. Before going to bed that night, I discovered that the door lock was broken, so I put a chair on and managed to sleep. Before 8 o'clock in the morning, the excavator across the street started making noisy construction, which woke everyone up. Regarding the construction opposite the building, the front desk didn't mention anything before check-in. When we asked about it, they said they didn't know the specific construction time. There are very few negative reviews, and I have no expectations for B&B rooms in the county. But at least it's clean, tidy, safe, and you can check in on time. This is the basic condition. Then there is no one that matches here, which is very disappointing. Especially those with children should not stay at this B&B.

The front desk service is very good and the hot spring is also good. I will come again next time

衞生是真的很一般需要加強，整體感覺規劃不好，水池也不是很乾凈，房間裏面上次客人用完的瓶子都沒扔，床單也不乾淨，總體不是很好！而且我們訂的房間價格也不低了，是有點不值這個價！
