Very nice cave hotel! Receptions are nice and friendly. They are willing to help you for various problem. We have booked a shuttle to airport in the early morning next day. The reception help us to confirm our shuttle order and provided sandwiches, fruits when we left. The room is clean and quiet. You can experience the stay in cave. Wide and open public balcony.

關於衞城洞穴酒店，我必須點👍認真寫一寫。
第一天到達酒店已經八點多了，也很熱，酒店小胖哥哥哼次哼次幫我朋友把行李搬上了二樓，我看他背都打濕了～
當天晚上我住的103，那個聲呼呼呼，巨大（因為我睡覺輕，對聲音敏感），中國時間凌晨三四點吧，我和攜程客服聯繫，希望第二天能搬到樓上去，攜程半個小時內和酒店溝通並和我聯繫，這個解決問題的速度👍👍👍👍👍👍點贊感恩。
第二天和小哥聊了，是因為風很大，所以吹的呼呼呼的，於是我就沒有搬到二樓。當然，也因為這個第一晚呼呼大風，我們第二天的熱氣球取消了～
中間酒店幫我們安排了車接送去各景點打卡遊玩和協調熱氣球的預訂，非常的非常nice👍老闆也加入了其中，認真、熱誠、真誠的他們讓我們賓至如歸，很有安全感。總之，遇到任何問題，放心，酒店和攜程都在，很安心。
今天我們離開了卡帕，由於航班比較早，酒店還給我們準備了簡餐帶走，非常貼心。
謝謝衞城洞穴酒店的所有人員，相信你們會越來越好，也祝福你們越來越好。哈利路亞。

Lovely boutique hotel. Fantastic location. Fabulous breakfast. Rooms were spacious and nice bathroom. Staff were lovely and spoke some English. Handy to the village and lots of decent food options nearby. Owner went out of his way to arrange a balloon ride for us as well as arranging private guide and tours.
