We arrived late because we had to wait for 2 hours for the ferry. Apparently we were lucky to get a spot on the ferry as you had to pre-book. It would've been nice if this was pointed out when we did the booking. We received no help from the staff at reception to get our luggage at the room. The room was not ready because there was no hot water and no bedding. We were so tired that we slept under the 2 blankets provided in the cupboard. We had to leave at 6h00 to get the ferry back. We pointed this out in our rating on *********** and the Hotel's reply was: 'please remove your rating. You were not our guests, u just used our facility for 5 hours' This was our worst experience so far in Turkey. All the other was great.

We did enjoy our staying in the hotel. The music is the nicest memory, we play it also now at home. The hotel is built with a lot of taste, rooms are nicely decorated. Breakfast is very good, service as well. Fish and seashells would be welcome. Very friendly to dogs, our dog had also a very good time. We recommended the hotel to all our friends!! Doina Verhoeven

Gökçeadaya daha once bırcok kez gelmıs olup bu kez İki aile cocuklu olarak bes gece kotınos otelde konakladık herseyıyle gayet guzeldı odalar tertemiz kahvaltı yeterlı calısanlar cok ılgılı denıze cok yakın yuruyerek gıdebılıyorsunuz gokceadanın en ıyı plajının yakınında aile ortamı vardı cocuklarla gayet rahat bır tatıl geçirdık kesınlıkle tavsıye edıyoruz👍

Tatilimin son gününde yazıyorum. Bu kadar keyifli, huzurlu, mutlu bir tatil için işletme sahibi Selçuk bey ve ekibine teşekkür ederim. Buraya gelmeyi planlayanlar veya araştıranlar için yazıyorum; Gökçeada’nın en güzel lokasyonunda yer alıyor. 3 yıldızlı harika bir butik otel. Oda kahvaltı hizmet veriyor ancak otelde sürekli yeme içme hizmeti bulunuyor ve fiyatları normal. Kahvaltısı açık büfe, kaliteli ve doyurucu. Öğlen ve akşam yemeklerini de burada alabilirsiniz, yemekleri çok lezzetli. Her damağa hitap ediyor. Odalar tertemiz, ferah, düzenli çalışan klimaları var. Yardımcı personel her daim çok nazik ve güler yüzlü. Bahçesi temiz, geniş ve bakımlı. Havuzu yeterli büyüklükte ve düzenli temizliği/bakımı yapılıyor. Mekanın en öne çıkan özelliği temizliği ve huzuru. Denize yürüme mesafesinde ve otele ait şezlong/şemsiye mevcut. Şehir merkezine araçla ulaşım sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Huzurlu ve keyifli bir tatil için kesinlikle tercih edebilirsiniz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle, sevgiler.

Yeni bir otel. Egemen bey son derece ilgiliydi. Havuz temizdi. Suyun sıcaklığı uygundu. Çocuk havuzu ayrı planlanabilir. Otelin yeşilliği iyi olmakla birlikte daha büyük ağaçlar ile zenginleştirilebilir. Süperior odada kaldık. ***et geniş, ferah, manzarası güzel bir oda idi. Odalar 2 günde bir değil de hergün temizlense daha uygun olur. Kahvaltı taze, lezzetli idi. Çeşitlilik artırılabilir. Öğlen ve akşam yemeklerini otelde yediğimiz zamanlarda yemekler ***et lezzetli ve taze idi, porsiyon boyutu iyiydi. Ancak servis hızı çok yavaştı. Ayrıca odaya yemek sipariş edilebilir olmalı.

Son derece başarılı butik bir işletme. Çalışan seçimi iyi. Hepsi güler yüzlü. Kahvaltı muazzam. Denize yakın ve plajı kum. Havuzu ve bahçesi bakımlı. Odalar düzenli ve temiz. Merkeze nisbeten uzak ama sorun değil. Adada park sorunu yok. Yine görüşmek üzere.
