We followed the navigation to the hotel and drove to a small alley. There was no way to reach the main entrance of the hotel and no place to park. A car honked behind us. We thought we were in the wrong direction, but we had to drive forward. We redirected again and returned to the old place. My companion got off the car and asked the front desk for the location of the parking lot. The parking lot was very far from the hotel and difficult to find. We only stayed for one night so we had to abandon the big suitcase. The front desk did not give us any good face when we checked in. He checked for a long time and told us that the order was cancelled. I told him that I did cancel it, but I rebooked it, and he still couldn't find the reservation information. Finally, I contacted the front desk through Ctrip.

The hotel is in a great location but is extremely inadequate in terms of cleanliness. The reception works well and meets requests. The rooms were extremely stuffy.
