This property has been frailly recently updated and the beds, kitchenette and bathroom in our unit were good.
What was a big disappointment was the attitude of the staff--starting with an incompetent and surly check-in by the hotel's bartender -- we had paid for a third person and bed but he tried to charge us again for that extra. Then the room maid didn't show up the first day of the stay and only half did the job the second.
It could be a really nice place to stay if they had any sense of customer service. I'd say take your business somewhere else where they care about their customers.

Family trip for Medieval Festival
Nice, clean with friendly staff
Other than that, the only aspect that they should review is the lack of breakfast, that was “canceled during the pandemic that will remain indefinitely”
They should also review their AC, because having a “bip” sound every 10 seconds (yes, I counted the space between them!) ALL night it’s kind of annoying, to say the least!
Also had the unlucky to have a party (in the hostel?!) with LOUD music until 3am that you could hear in the room…

Correu tudo pela positiva. Porém, quando uns amigos noa disseram que a receção estava com "problemas" com um quarto de casal, sentimo-nos "obrigados" a fazer logo o check-in. No domingo, estava tudo fechado as 10h e não pudemos perguntar sobre o pequeno almoço (que terminava as 11h). A melhor coisa é que durante a feira, podemos entrar e sair da mesma ao mostrar a reserva e o cartão.

Simpatia do Staff
Estadia correu de forma esperada, elevada simpatia do staff. O menos positivo o Hostel encontra-se muito bem situado no entanto o trânsito é condicionado a moradores, (o que não permite parar em frente apenas para descarregar a viatura)

Kan vara störande med stoj från baren, men stänger man dörren i korridoren är det inga problem. Annars öronproppar ☺️
Jättefin park med både grotta och slott en kort promenad från hotellet.
