GGuest UserThe lobby has a robot delivering meals, so ordering takeout directly to your room is convenient. It would be even smoother if there were some auxiliary signs for delivery personnel, as the front desk staff might not always be available to assist. The room layout is well-thought-out and innovative, and the overall design, from the setup to the color scheme and details, exceeds expectations for a four-star price. Choosing this hotel based on AI Kimi's recommendation was a satisfying experience; it was clean, tidy, comfortable, and the food was delicious – all meeting expectations for the price. I'll definitely choose Orange Hotels for future business trips and travel when budgeting.

CCHINDHU SALIMPositives - The staff at orange hotel was very helful and cordial.Especially the guys at reception..They were rhere for all our needs and did a fantastic job.The rooms were ok with the breakfast spread too above average.Close to mall which is an added advantage. Also restaurants and kfc, mcdonalds all close by Negatives- almost 1 km long to the nearest metro station and also the metro line from there to the city is always crowded.takes like 30 mins to reach places like tianmen and forbidden city

AAnonymous UserThe room was very spacious, quiet, and comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent – clean and tidy. The hotel's location was also very convenient and easy to find. The toiletries were from the Yunnan Baiyao series. The front desk staff provided exceptionally detailed, thoughtful, and attentive service. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering a wide variety including wontons, noodles, and a coffee machine. What truly stood out was the congee served on the first floor after 9 PM, which was a really thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

GGuest UserThe bed is nice and the Tatami room is pleasant. The big projector screen works well and the sound system is also good. However, amenities are limited and you have to ask the front desk for something as simple as a shower cap. The cleanliness is somewhat compromised because they don't replace tissue rolls when it's finished. (We stayed for 3 nights and they never replace it.) If you are here to attend the US visa interview, I would recommend it though, since the hotel is walkable to the US Embassy (around 10 minutes) and the hotel is quite close to the city center (eg. 15 minutes from Lama Temple by Didi) as well as the Capital airport (30 minutes by Didi if no traffic jam). Actually, the airport can be reached through Sanyuanqiao station, which is the closest to the hotel. However, the walk to the station is not so convenient. It also takes almost 20 minutes. So, we ended up using Didi for most of the trips. The staffs are okay and I appreciate that someone was there for us to check in when we arrived at the hotel very late at night (around 3 AM). Unfortunately, the staff didn't take all the photos he needed from our passports. So, we had to go down to the lobby again in the middle of the night for this. We also faced language barrier and if we don't know any basic Chinese, it would have been extremely confusing.

YYiniansijisancanyisuThis hotel is right next to the General Administration of Sport, which is perfect for spotting athletes! 😄 The Yuqiao Restaurant is directly across the street, making dining very convenient. Plus, attractions like the Temple of Heaven are nearby, and there's a subway station close by, making getting around a breeze.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a good environment and a superior geographical location, opposite the district government. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. The room cleaning is very timely and efficient. The staff are very dedicated and can handle problems in a timely manner. They put themselves in the guests' shoes. I successfully played the black monkey and had a very satisfactory stay experience! It was my first time staying in an e-sports hotel. I had a good experience. The beds were comfortable, the supplies were thoughtful, and the service was meticulous. I will choose this hotel again when I come to Miyun next time.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean and inviting. The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I was helped by the male staff with my luggage to my hotel room. The beautiful front desk lady with the last name Bai even helped me to send some packages out using SF express. My room was clean and the temperature was just right. I loved that the toilet and shower were separate and both had separate doors. The room was spacious enough for me and my 2 huge luggage bags. I had initially booked for one night, but ended up extending my stay by another two nights, because I felt so comfortable and welcome.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is quite good. I brought my children with me, and they provided them with toothbrush sets and slippers when I checked in. They also upgraded my room for free. The room was clean and odorless, and the bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, which was convenient. There were two free bottles of mineral water in the room, but if they weren't enough, you could ask the front desk for more. The room also had a good Wi-Fi signal, and the large windows let in lots of sunlight. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, but they helped deliver takeout and boxes. I'd stay here again next time.

11338167****This was a very satisfying business trip experience. They upgraded my king-size room to a suite free of charge, which is excellent value for money in Beijing. The service was also great, and the location is very close to shopping malls, subway stations, and industrial parks.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is very considerate, the decoration is very tasteful, the facilities are very new, and the staff are well-educated and polite. The twin room we booked was very cozy and the bed was big enough for two people. There was free wifi in the room with fast speed. The room was very cozy and the sleep was very quiet. The sanitation is impeccable, it is really clean, and it is the best environment among the hotels nearby. The price is affordable, any problem can be solved promptly by calling the front desk, and they are very patient. There is a fragrance box in the corridor, the smell is particularly good and fresh. The room not only has heating, but also air conditioning, so you won't feel cold at all in the winter. There are restaurants, supermarkets and fruit shops nearby, which is very convenient. I feel very comfortable and satisfied staying in this hotel.
