GGuest UserThe room is clean and tidy, and the handsome guy and girl at the front desk are also very nice. There is a shelf of snacks and water ready in the room. You don’t have to go downstairs to buy it. You can play games in the room with peace of mind. The gaming experience is also great for someone like me who doesn’t play games often. The people are also very nice and the experience is great. I chose this room type specifically to take photos in the room. The room layout is very cute.

The text and pictures were sent to everyone with my personal account. My privacy was greatly violated, and I checked it again after checking out today. Praise is that the praise will not be mishandled. She just secretly sent my personal number. The experience is particularly bad. I came to the hotel to play cod21, I couldn’t download it myself, I couldn’t download it if I contacted the hotel. The boss negotiated to give me the next cod16. I didn’t download it until the middle of the night. I set up an e-sports hotel. I didn’t play a game.
It doesn’t matter if you play the game. The main thing is that the personal privacy of the hotel is seriously exposed. It is the truth. I will not be anonymous. I believe that the hotel knows who I am. If I am unhappy, let this bad review end.

When you go out, you will easily be greeted with a lot of food and restaurant options. Train is also accessible.
The front door is located infront of the street with cars so when you use didi, you can directly be dropped off into the front door.
When we first came, we were confused cause the elevator can’t go up to 14th floor. Apparently, there are 3 elevators in the first floor but only 2 on the left can be used to go up to 14th floor. The right elevator wont open at the 14th floor because it is where the reception of the hotel is placed.
When we went, we were asked if we are okay with one computer only. As someone who wasn’t planning to use the PC, I said it’s okay. However, when we went to the room, having 1 computer also meant we got the smaller room cut. I was so frustrated cause I read all reviews of a lot of hotels and really searched for a big cut room because we have big luggages and we were there for Christmas. I pipped on a room that was vacant when we checked in and it was a lot bigger than our room (same room type, just no pole and have 2 PCs) Mostly because our room also has this huge building pole that consumed a lot of space also.
The reception was nice and friendly though. She helped us carry our bags. However, the room itself was clean but you can smell the particles/dust of smoke that the previous user left. It isn’t direct smoke smell but as someone who is very allergic to smoke, our nose can pick up the particles itself like the dust that came from the cigar specially in the computer chair. So it didn’t smell like cigar but the particles left made us allergic and sneezing for the entire stay.
I told the reception the next day and they cleaned and used a device to remove smoke in the room. I really appreciated this since it lessen out sneezing throughout the night.
However, the smoke smell was evident when you go out of the room. Most probably because other guests are smoking outside or at the reception itself. Kind of sad because it says in the listing that this property was a non-smoking room. Which if they said that someone is able to smoke, I wouldn’t even consider the property in the first place.
Contrary to other reviews, I saw a robot in the basement that was able to deliver food by itself. I’m not sure if it can go up to the hotel because we didn’t try but the robot was functioning and was able to deliver food in other floors.
Overall, the stay was great. Amenities were there such as shampoo, soap, toothbrush, slippers, bathrobe and others. Just frustrated because we got a smaller room cut (the image looks big because of mirrors) and smells like cigar even though I also noted in my booking that I have a very bad allergy towards cigarette.
Oh, and the other reviews were right, if you are sensitive to noise, you need to double think before booking because the cars and the street noise can really be heard in the room. For someone who is not sensitive to noise that much, it wasn’t a concern for me.
The pillows and bed was great and comfortable :) There’s also a refrigerator in the room.

The hotel's third-floor lobby offers a great selection of entertainment and recreational facilities. The front desk staff are all very enthusiastic and helpful, especially Kenny. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely bring my family here next time.

GGuest UserI had a stay at this hotel. The location is decent, about a 10-minute walk from the nearest subway station, which is manageable even with luggage. Shopping areas are also around 10 minutes away. The room was clean, and the toilet had no bad smell, though there was a slight odor at midnight. The mattress was spotless—no hair or marks, I noticed a few mosquitoes. One small issue was that when I checked in, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, which was not enough. The front desk was reluctant to refill it but eventually provided tissues that were just sufficient. Amenities were good, including a toothbrush, washing machine, refrigerator and free WiFi, which was good enough for browsing and general use (I didn’t test streaming). The smart TV had a variety of dramas and cartoons. One downside was the bed’s staircase design, which felt unsafe. I almost tripped twice. Overall, despite minor inconveniences, the stay was comfortable and worth its price.

GGuest UserI've been wanting to visit Ju Diaosha's exclusive beach for a long time, so I took advantage of the holiday off-peak to bring my child. The value for money was excellent! We booked the Hello Kitty family room, and my little one absolutely loved it. It had a small tent and a rocking horse, and the room itself was spacious with a large balcony. The bathtub was also great; even though my child didn't go swimming, they had a blast bathing in the tub. The hotel faces the beach directly, and the environment is lovely. Since we went off-peak before the New Year, there weren't many people. The sand was super fine, and the kids had so much fun playing in the sand and water. There's also a lake within the hotel grounds with lots of fish. My child even brought a fishing net, but the fish were too smart to catch, haha. The hotel breakfast was fantastic, especially the Lanzhou beef knife-cut noodles – I honestly think they're the best I've had at any hotel breakfast, so authentic! We had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant, and both the ambiance and the food were excellent! Although it was a bit pricey, the quality was truly superb. I'd love to come back again if I get the chance.

After closing the door, I had to press the power button for the first time. It was very difficult to use and I did it several times. A pile of debris at the door, a pile of things, probably that is.

GGuest UserMy experience in this place was very good.I was in this country for studying during one month. First of all, when I arrived from the airport, I didn´t have payment method and recepcionist was very kind paying the taxi for me with her personal WeiXin account (I payed later to her). Considering the range of the hotel I was so well in there. My room was very cheap. No need more than a bed, a shower and a toilet. My room was with enough space to stand in good conditions. I was able to have a bigger room, but I don´t need. If you have to, you can, paying a little more. All my basic needs was covered in this room and place. With basic laundry. Is well placed, very, very near to the Shenzhen lake. In quiet street with all kind of services and businesses, near to a lot of restaurants, pharmacies, and so much variety of services. Is good isolated in sound and temperature. All rooms has air conditioning with heat and cold pump. May be you have to clean filters but the boss could do this for you if you request. The better for me was the treatment of the workers and the chief. They were so kind with me until the last minute. Specially my favourite recepcionist, who knows basic english (like me) and we talked a lot. They simplyfi my stay and my travels to the airport. I´m so grateful with them. 🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗
