Traditional riad hotel in the old town medina, right in the heart of all the pedestrian lanes of colourful shopping stalls, restaurants and market. Few minute walk to the long sandy beach, boat harbour, fish market and ramparts. Small elevator was nice for access to upper levels. Twin bedroom was small. Beds comfortable. Basic bathroom with shower. Good hot water and pressure. No room safe. Lots of electrical outlets. Basic limited buffet breakfast served on upper terrace. No housekeeping during our couple day stay.

We had a very good stay the staff were friendly especially the lady at the reception Farah Thank you so much you're the best! She was very kind to assist us during our stay, even giving us the chance to choose rooms and offering us a free drink on the rooftop She provided extra blankets and towels whenever needed and was always patient and happy to answer our numerous questions as it was our first time there Additionally they have beautiful terraces with a sea view simply a great place I highly recommend

Really enjoyed our 2-night stay. You can get laundry done for 40 dH per kg — at least that’s what we paid — and returned the next day. TV doesn’t work. That makes me smile. Basic Moroccan breakfast. But the location is absolutely perfect to walk to different places. Quiet.

Excellent riad and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed at in Morocco. Perfect location and extremely kind staff. Rashid was a very welcoming and helpful host. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace. Nice hot shower and big comfortable bed. And all for a very fair price. Would definitely stay again! 10/10.

Great value for money. The bed was comfy, it was reasonably quiet, and the plumbing worked well, not to be taken for granted in budget hotels in Morocco. The location was perfect. Just be aware that they only take cash, but there's a bank ATM a few steps from the front door.

We had a wonderful stay. This hotel in clean, friendly and beautiful. It is in a perfect location in the center of town. The front office staff where very helpful. Thank you Rachid for giving us great advise! You set us up for excellent experiences.

Highly recommend this place. Location is great. In the medina and close to beach, although can be noisy as popular with tour groups. The mosque is very close by so calls to prayers can interrupt your sleep. The terrace is good for breakfast. In addition , there is 2 upper terraces currently being renovated. Superb view of medina and beach from here. The shower is superb; very hot and powerful. Downside is spray from shower can flood the bathroom if not positioned properly. My room was fine ; clean sheets. But surprisingly Noone came to do the room when I stayed ( 5 Nights) Breakfast is adequate and plentiful if a bit repetitive All the staff are very helpful and welcoming. A big thank you to Rachid with his big smile and hugs.

We think we're dreaming when we read the good reviews. We stayed there for 3 nights booked through an agency and are very disappointed. Rooms 201 and 202 on the 2nd floor. 5 floors without an elevator. Breakfast on the 4th floor. A room that doesn't deserve 3 stars as indicated. No towels, no hangers, more than basic. How can you rent such a room....total disappointment...
